This movie is pretty dark, and by dark I mean, there's murder scenes in it, it's placed in a mental hospital, and the main character hears voices. But the sex is vanilla compared to the dark plot. Lots of fellatio, anal and cum shots, little oral on the females. I do like that they all wear (hardly noticeable) condoms in this, and the women stimulate themselves during sex.

The highlights of the sex scenes are: the nurse and orderly, (Kylie Ireland & Lee Stone) fellatio/vaginal/anal, pretty good cum shot, not the best acting; (There's a scene here with Alexa Rae and Mike Horner that I kind of wish turned out to be a sex scene but it's not) One of the patients and a dream girl, (Brad Armstrong & Sydnee Steele) fellatio/vaginal, very nice ending, good acting, the only weird thing about this scene is that it cuts from the dingy hospital to tropical then switches back, which is kinda depressing; Lisa and her lawyer, (Bridgette Kerkove) fellatio/vaginal/anal, facial, great acting, my ex almost came from watching this scene; a patient and a hooker (Jonathan Morgan & Kaylynn) fellatio/vaginal/anal, facial, good acting; Alexa and her husband, fellatio&cunnilingus/vaginal, facial, an emotional scene, great acting; Alexa and Jonathan Morgan, fellatio/vaginal, little emotional, great acting, my personal favorite scene

Keep in mind there's a story line in between these scenes and some of them are a little gruesome and a turn-off (for me anyways)

I put this movie on to surprise my ex bf, telling him it was about a girl in a mental hospital. He was able to guess that it was a porno in about 3 seconds, but he was so hard during most of it. He really likes facials and anal in porn, and this movie has both. I also brought this movie to watch with some friends. They thought it was really weird how the movie was dark and gory but the sex was fairly vanilla.
