Obviously, this is for use in anal play. It can be used as either a vibrating plug, or you can put your finger inside of the plug to direct the stimulation toward the G-spot or prostate. I found it to be most pleasurable with the vibrating bullet inserted. This toy claims to be an anatomical replica of the 'anal canal,' so it should work for both men and women. I found the shape to be pleasurable, albeit a bit different.

This toy is made out of rubber, that according to the package has antibacterial properties. It has a distinct rubbery smell, but after a few washes, it fades significantly. It is smooth in texture, which allows for smooth insertion when using a lubricant.

This anal plug is designed to fit with the anatomy of the user. I found that it was easy to insert, and was very comfortable to keep in. The size makes it more suitable for someone who has already had experience with anal play, and is comfortable with taking time and relaxing while inserting. I wouldn't travel with it, because of the odd shape and the wired bullet that is inserted into it.

After inserting the wired bullet into the plug, the vibrations can be felt throughout the toy, though mostly near the base. This was fine in my opinion, because it stimulated the most sensitive part for me, the anal opening. The vibrations are controlled by a turn dial on the battery pack. When you turn the dial higher, a red light comes on, and gets brighter when the vibrations get stronger. When inserted, the toy is not noisy at all.

A simple wash in soap and warm water or with toy cleaner will be enough to clean this toy. Be sure not to get any water onto the bullet's battery pack, and avoid splashing water onto the protruding end of the bullet, because it is not all the way sealed.

It is packaged in a simple box with a picture of the toy on it. The toy is nestled in a plastic holder, and the bullet is in a separate baggie within the box. Batteries for the wired bullet are not included.

If you are going to insert the bullet into this plug, prepare for a time consuming, frustrating experience. The hole for inserting the bullet is slightly smaller than the bullet itself, and since the toy is rubber, the bullet didn't slide in very well at all. The package suggested using talcum powder to assist in the insertion of the bullet, which helped a bit, but I never could get the bullet all the way in, and I doubt I'll ever be able to get it out.
