I wanted to try an anal product because my husband has wanted to try anal sex for awhile now. But he is a little large and it was painful every time we tried even with large amounts of lube; and we can never get his cock to penetrate my ass. So a friend suggested that I start out with toys first to stretch the muscles. She said to start out small and gradually use larger and larger toys to work up to the real thing. I wasn’t sure if she was right or if it would work, but I was willing to try it.

So I purchased a different anal lube, something water-based just in case it was the lube that sucked. When I received this toy I was so excited and could not wait to try it, so I was really upset when I was too sick to use it. Now that I have tried it I love it, and will definitely be using it a lot more. I can’t speak for the experience anal sex players, because I have no experience and no other anal toy use to compare this toy to. I fully enjoyed all three settings of this toy, but my favorite would have to be the 2nd setting. It hard to try to describe how powerful the settings are, but I can tell you this. I set it on my desk and set one of the extra batteries (they look like watch batteries) that it came with next to it.

On the 1st setting the battery barely moved around. When I set it on my skin the vibrations were very light going towards the tip of what I called the carrot and vibrated more heavily towards to the wider base. On the 2nd setting the battery started sliding all around. When I set it on my skin I could feel very good vibes evenly distributed from the tip of the carrot to the base. On the 3rd setting the battery jumped around in little spurts. The vibrations on my skin were much more powerful at the base of the product. Again I am not sure if this toy, even on the 3rd setting is powerful enough for the experience anal sex players. I think you might want something stronger.

I love this toy as a beginner because it is so simple and easy to use. There isn’t a lot of fuss and muss with it. You just stick it in and push one button and your rearing to go, (lol, get it….. rearing, hahahaha, I’m a dork, I know.) Really it’s simple to use, just press button once for each level or to turn off. I applied liberal amounts of lube and it slid right in. No discomfort or pain. Phew…finally. While my husband had his cock in my pussy I was playing with the toy. Since it has the handle and a push-button, I was able to use one hand on the toy and one hand to support myself on the bed. This was also my first-time with double penetration; I have to say I am a fan. Thank you Eden Fantasys for popping my cherry, lol.

While the toy was inside, I played with each setting. The first one didn’t do much for me, it kind of tickled. The second setting was the one I like, it felt comfortable. I was riding the vibrations, instead of it riding me. The third setting wasn’t too much for me; I just didn’t enjoy it as much as the second.

The stimulator didn’t do much for my husband, but he like the fact that it would help lead him to finally performing anal with me.

I wanted to point out that when I received the toy, on the package it says it comes with a removable power bullet. Eden Fantasys does not mention this, so I thought BONUS! Yay!

But I tried and tried for a good 45 minutes and cannot figure out how or where exactly the bullet is and how to get it out. I assumed that it should be where the push-button is. After trying to pull out the bullet for 30 minutes, I quit because I felt like I was going to break it. Now if you get this toy maybe you will have a better time getting the bullet out, for some added pleasure.

The Power Trainer is made of PVC, polyvinyl chloride. When I opened the package I was not overwhelmed by the smell, actually I had to put it right under my nose to smell anything. It is very light-weight and flexible. I call the insert-able portion of the toy a carrot because of the shape. I could bend the tip of the carrot all the way over so that it touches itself on the side. The base of the carrot is less flexible because it is so dense and wide, but still movable. I can also bend the T-shaped handle. On the top of the T-shaped handle is the push-button which is also the screw-on cap that houses the 3 batteries it uses. At the base of the threading that the cap screws onto is the rubber ring that helps to keep it waterproof, so don’t lose it. I have not tasted it, and do not plan on ever tasting it, so I can’t help you there. It is very smooth to the touch and has a soft, pliable surface. The tip of the carrot is rounded, so it will not poke you in the ass and cause any pain or injury.

I like the design of the trainer; it was perfect for me, someone with no experience. I was able to easily insert the toy on my own, with the rounded tip and lots of lube. I slowly and gradually slid the toy in, press the button twice to my favorite setting and rode my husband till I came. Since it was so flexible it didn’t pinch or hurt while my husband and I were shifting around. Although the texture is smooth, it is not slippery. So when I applied lube it did not slide right off. The entire toy is 7 inches in length; the insert-able portion (the carrot) is 5.5 inches in length. The base of the carrot has a diameter of 1.5 inches. It is definitely small enough to travel with, or store in your makeup bag. I wouldn’t say it’s discreet because anyone who sees it will know what it is; but the fact that it is black makes it easy to hide.

The toy does the job it was intended for, and for me it performed very well. Once inserted, the trainer did stay in place and felt very nice. No discomfort or pain at all. It only has one button to operate it. The button can easily be push with just one finger. It has a T-shaped handle on the end, for better handling and grip. The stimulator’s smooth texture allows for a comfortable insertion. The vibrations unfortunately are felt stronger towards the handle, the portion that is not insert-able. It would have been much better if they could have figured out a way to distribute those wasted vibes towards the tip of the carrot.

Now for the noise leve l- I turned the toy on to the 1st setting stepped out of the room and shut the door. I didn't hear a thing. I didn't hear anything when I tried the same thing for the 2nd and 3rd settings either. Now while in the room, the stimulator is pretty noisy on the 3rd setting. If too much noise distracts you, then you may want to turn it off when not in use. I am sorry; I can’t tell you much about the battery life just yet. I will have to do a follow-up review to update you on that info. But I can tell you that it does come with batteries. They look like small watch batteries. On the back of the battery it says, button cell-LR44. Unfortunately for me the batteries that came inside the toy were already dead-bummer. So I will have to purchase more batteries sooner than I would have liked to.

The great thing about this toy is that it is waterproof! That made clean-up a snap. No taking pieces apart to make sure they didn’t get wet. I haven’t purchased a toy-cleaner yet, it’s the next item on my list to purchase from Eden’s. So I used a mild anti-bacterial soap and warm water, rinsed in cold water, and let air dry. I use the original package to store it and hide it in my night-stand. The Power Trainer is made of PVC, polyvinyl chloride, which is a plastic. PVC is light-weight and is known for its long life. This also makes the toy safe to use with silicone and water-based lubes.

I recommend washing the toy first when you receive it for the first time, I did. Also please wash before and after each additional use. Be safe. Do not share with other sexual partners. Never play from anal to vaginal, with the same toy.

There isn’t much to say about the packaging of the power trainer. The toy came in a very simple, semi-flexible, but very easy to pull-apart plastic casing. That fits around the form of the stimulator. The lettering was done in black and grey. The package itself sits about 9.5 inches tall and about 6 inches wide. It did not come with instructions; it did however come with 6 batteries, and says it’s waterproof. 3 of the batteries are already in the toy and the remaining 3 are in the package. Be careful when you pull the package apart that you do not lose any of the batteries. I made that mistake and they fell out when I opened the plastic. The back of the packaging says; always use a rubber compatible lubricant with this product for maximum pleasure. WARNING: to avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas of skin. Remove batteries when not in use.

I wanted to mention again that when I received this toy it says it comes with a removable 3-speed power bullet for use on its own. I however could not for the life of me get the thing out. I stopped only because I was afraid to break it. So maybe one of you will have better luck with it and have a bonus toy. Again, I think it is the portions beneath the push-button that is removable; but with all the rubber around it. It’s really tough to remove it. I don't think the more experience players would enjoy this toy, it might not be intense enough. This toy does not have any ridges or bumps for added pleasure, that more experience players may enjoy. In my opinion, people with beginnning to average anal sex experience will enjoy this stimulator a lot more.

Please note that when you are reading this review that this is my first time with anal. So this is my first anal toy, and this one vibrates. I am writing this review right after using it for the first time, because I want to submit it right away. I have been sick and received this toy a few days ago, and have been unable to try it.
