A butt plug that has a suction cup, vibrates, and has a remote? Sold ! This is named the Rear Charmer, sounds a little soft and dainty to me. Believe me, with its awesome power, this plug could have been named the Rear Butt Buster.

This can be used by both males and females. Females can use this vaginally although it's met for backdoor stimulation. With the handy suction cup, gals can saddle it in either orifice. However, the main feature is the 12 vibration patterns and remote control.

The Rear Charmer is also great to use while having intercourse. A male can have it in while pumping away. My favorite is to have it buzzing my rectum while receiving oral. "Yowsers!" Both ways will provide prostate and penile stimulation simultaneously.

A female can also have it in her butt while being thrusted vaginally to simulate double penetration. Or, with its dainty size, the plug can be inserted in her vagina to simulate double vag with or w/o vibing action.

Many butt plug enthusiasts like to wear their plugs outdoors. This will add serious vibing sensations and can be shut off quickly when required by the remote. The base is flexible so can be worn while sitting and/or driving. I would strongly suggest not to use the vibe function while driving. "Well, officer, ahh, you see I was driving along, and all of the sudden my.... bust my butt and caused me to be distracted."


What came in the box

The butt plug is silicone coated and waterproof. It is smooth with no bumps or ridges for additional stimulation. It has some drag to it and is not smooth as high-grade silicone. There is enough silicone give that provides some squish, but most likely it has hard plastic housing for the vibration components. That stiff housing gives the toy firmness for easy anal entry.

The silicone smell on this is very very faint. You would have to bring it up to your nose and sniff hard to detect it.

When the top is standing up on its suction cup base, it resembles a little missile.

The remote is made of plastic and is not waterproof.

The torpedo shape of this makes for easy entry. The majority of it is the same circumference with some slight narrowing at the base. The flared suction cup base will not only stick to any nonporous surface but should stop a complete entry of the toy into one's rectum.

As far as sizing, it is larger than an average finger but smaller than most dildos. In my opinion, the sizing it is good for beginners and best for intermediates users. Anal kings and queens will enjoy the powerful buzzing. That is if it doesn't slip out.

This is small enough to toss in a baggie or pouch (none provided) for traveling. Or you can just wear it and turn off the vibrations with the remote.

The remote takes 1 AAA battery and is ergonomic. It is about the size of 2 fingers.

The suction cup works very well. That's the first thing I tested after unpacking and washing. It stuck onto the tile on bathtub enclosure with no issues during my bobbing test. I also put it on the sides of the tub and left there overnight. In the morning OW said, "Hey, did you know there are some dildoes on the sides of the tub?"



The Rear Charmer is rechargeable and comes with a USB. It has a power button near the bottom. It needs to be powered on before insertion. Just depress it until a red light comes on. It will also "jump" to life when powered on. Depressing it again can make it advanced to the next pattern. To turn it off from the plug from there, hold the button down for about 3 seconds.

The remote will control the 12 patterns and turn the plug off. If the plug is not powered on as mentioned in the paragraph above it will not work. Each depression advances the patterns forward. To turn off, hold the remote button down for 3 seconds. When you turn it back on it will resume the last pattern set on.

Here's my description of the patterns felt :
1. Low
2. Med
3. High
4. Surging pulse
5. Steady pulsing
6. Buzz, buzz, buzz, rapid taps
7. pulsing then surging
8. Winding up and down
9. Strong burst shots then buzzing
10. Strong constant bursts
11. Rapid, steady bursts
12. Long, strong buzzing, strong tapping
Next depression starts over at #1. again.

Mine came with a charge. The instructions (on the back of the box) say to charge 2 hrs before use. Best I can determine, a charge will last about 40 mins. It doesn't slow down, just stops totally when out of juice.

The sounds are not loud. Guess, these were buffered by my buttcheeks. No, in all seriousness it is powerful but not loud at all. While watching TV, she could not tell it was on. While performing oral, she heard it. And felt my bottom surging.

As this is made of silicone, you can use a water-based lube or coconut oil. I heard some like the latter to help cover up butt odors. Always wash before and after use with an antibacterial soap. Or use the Eden Fantasy toy cleaner that shows up in the checkout section.

For serious cleaning one can boil for 4-6 minutes. The plug is waterproof. If it does pick up some odors, you can try soaking in a 10% bleach solution. Or you can also use a condom for butt play.

There were not any pamphlet instructions included. Nor description of patterns.

I would recommend this for 2nd or 3rd-time anal players. For beginners into plugs or prostate massagers, this may be a too much of a step up in size. IMO, for intermediate anal players this would be perfect. Although I don't consider myself an anal king I found it to slip down whether lying down or sitting up. (I do use toys 1 1/2 " wide and up in size.) For sitting or walking with it I had to wear some very tight undies.

One day I hope to experience it in her anus while having vaginal intercourse. We did try one of the vaginal U shaped vibes (like the EF Unity or We- Vibe), but the sensations were too intense for me. I'm hoping the vibes will be muffled somewhat by her vaginal walls.

I had high expectations for this toy. Aside from it slipping out (guess I'm not tight enough) it passed with flying colors. On my first use, I was pleasantly surprised how powerful it was!
