You get what you pay for...
Cheap toy for beginners, people on a budget, or people who are just experimenting. Not of the greatest quality, but what do you expect? It has some redeeming qualities but the material it is made out of is awful.

Pros
Simple design, Vibrating, Handle, Cheap
Cons
Horrible Material, Protruding Seam, Short life, Bad Smell
This toy is a small anal toy for beginners. The toy fits in the palm of my hand and the insertable length is about 1.5 inches, approximately. It's designed with a handle that acts as a grip and the base necessary for anal use. It's slightly curved and simple in design. It has one motor that bases its vibration in at the tip of the toy. You control it below the handle with a wheel-style dial going from low to high.
First for the nice things to say... it is a nice beginner toy. If it is your first anal toy and you are unsure if you will like it, then this might be the toy for you. It is a small investment and if you don't turn out to like it then you aren't out a ton of money. Another thing I always recommend to people for their first anal toy is to get a vibrating one. For many people, if it doesn't vibrate... it doesn't do the trick. Anal toys are a completely different feeling from vaginal or penile stimulation. There are so many nerves packed into this area that vibration (even just externally) can feel awesome. Plus, if you don't turn out to like the vibration, you can just turn it off and use it as a plain plug. The small curve on the toy makes it suited for male prostate massage and (depending on how they are shaped) a woman's g-spot stimulation. The handle is also very easy to grab onto and manipulate.
Andddd the cons... this thing is cheap, and you can tell. The material is an awful jelly material. It is not made out of quality components and they might be harmful to you, especially if you have sensitive skin. Jelly materials are also extremely porous, which means that bacteria absorbs in and it's extremely hard to get out. With anal toys especially, this is not exactly a desirable trait. This material also smells extremely bad. When first taken out of the packaging it smells like chlorine, and even when it's aired out a bit, it doesn't get much better. I was not brave enough to put this in my mouth, so I have no idea how it tastes... but that doesn't give you the confidence to insert it into your body. This toy also has a large seam down the middle. This, first of all, means that it was cheaply made; second, it means that it could damage the sensitive skin of your anus. You really don't want to take chances in that area. Even though it's a tiny seam, it has the potential to wreak havoc. When using this toy it is a definite good idea to use a condom for all the reasons above. I also have people telling me that they break after a couple times, which, for the price, isn't a surprise.

Experience
I work in an adult store, and people try to buy this all the time. For a cheap try at anal pleasure it's fine but I like people to be aware of the possible drawbacks as well.

Did you actually use this toy or just basing a review of other people's experiences? If you don't like jelly, they offer these in plastic.
