Whether you've been using floggers for years or this is your very first one, experience isn't an issue with this flogger. A user with any level of experience will be able to use this flogger with no trouble at all.

As far as where on the body this toy could be used, don't hit someone in the face. Aside from that, butts, breasts, thighs, genitals, and backs are all okay to hit with this flogger.

Quite possibly my favorite thing about this flogger is the design of it. The chainmail that connects the handle to the falls makes it really easy to use. The chainmail makes for a flexible connector between the handle and falls. The handle is also very well done. It features a sturdy and cushioned handle.

The overall material, PU coated plastic, looks really nice and has a a soft, spongy feel to it. The chainmail connector is done in a Byzantine style. All of the links are well closed so that it isn't going to snag anything else in your toy bag or scratch the person you are using the flogger on.

The flogger measures 20 inches over all with a 6.5 inch handle, forty 11 inch falls, and a 2.5 inch chainmail connector. It also has a 2 inch hanging loop. Each fall measures .25 inches wide.

I can say that this flogger exceeded my expectations. I didn't think that a flogger this small was going to be as good as this. It handled really well during play sessions and the people I used it on really enjoyed the flogger. This flogger made for a great change of pace between some of my heavier and more thuddy floggers. If you plan to use this flogger for casual play, meaning you plan to use it on more than just one person, it is just best to give the person in ether above scenario the flogger. Nobody wants to be hit with a flogger that someone has bled on or that has been around someone else's genitals.

If you are a couple and you are the only two that will be using this flogger then I recommend letting the flogger sit out and dry after a use if you got any sort of body fluid on it while you were playing. Once it's dry you can hang it back up.
