The Passionate flogger is, well, a flogger. Floggers are made for impact play, and it does its job quiet well. This flogger is great for beginners who are just starting to get into the lifestyle and want something to practice play with. It's on the shorter size for a flogger, so it's great for getting to know the toy and figuring out just when to snap your wrist to get the effect you are wanting.
This toy is typically used on the buttocks, legs, thighs, breasts or genitals. You can use this toy for a snapping sensation against the skin, or use it to drag along the skin for tickling or caressing of the skin.

From base to tip, this toy is roughly 15 1/4 inches long with a 5 inch wrist strap at the end of the base to secure the flogger and make for safer play.
The material is Polyurethane / Vinyl, so its not the highest quality flogger on the market, but it isn't bad for a beginner toy. I would not suggest submerging this toy in water, but wiping it with a damp cloth if you should need to clean it.
The falls (strands) themselves are 9 1/2 inches long and are all black. They are quite stiff and not very soft, but I would imagine they would loosen up a little as you played with them more.
The handle is black and red and has a very neat design as well as a slight texture to make holding onto it a little easier.
The wrist strap is made of the same material as the falls, and is comfortable to put around your wrist.

With the right flick of your wrist, this flogger will provide you with quite a stinging sensation to the target area. This was especially effective when used on the butt and back of the thighs. The falls are quite small, so the pain isn't as great as it would be if they were larger, so if that's what you're looking for, then great!

This toy is small enough to be used no matter if your partner is standing up or laying down and will create a marking if used with enough force. It is also soft enough to use for sensual play, dragging it across the skin for soothing, or for tickling.

This flogger is small, and could be packed away for travel quite easily.

This toy is made out of Polyurethane / Vinyl, so I would not suggest submerging this in water. Instead I would take a damp cloth and wipe the toy clean as needed.

The toy came to me in a box with a picture of the flogger on the front of it. It was a standard cardboard box, nothing fancy. The toy was doubled in half to fit inside the box, which did cause a little bit of a bend in the falls, but once laid out for about a day, the bend was gone.

My husband and I have a few different floggers now, and this one is the smallest of them all. It's not the most powerful one we own, but it is still very fun to play with.
We used this flogger in a play session in which my husband used it on my butt, back of thighs, genitals and breasts. It's a very stingy flogger, and did leave marks when my husband put a bit of force behind each 'hit'.

We enjoyed playing with this flogger and will use it in our regular play sessions.
