This makes a fine accessory in a play party for a Domme to keep at her side. The rose design is elegant and simple. Of course, it's perfectly functional as well as decorative. It has a nice sturdy grip, and the rose petals at the tip offer a nice slap to the flesh, whether as punishment or a simple reminder to obey.

The design is pretty strong. This isn't one of those cheap whips that are barely woven together. The handle is very sturdy and secure, while the length of the whip is tightly woven. The "thorns" are woven in along the whip, while the petals are simple pieces of red leather attached to the tip. The overall length of the toy allows you to extend your reach by several feet if necessary. The handle is very stiff and durable.

Overall the whip is rather easy to control. It isn't too long, so it's more manageable. Some practice would be in order to get a feel for where the rose tip will strike, before attempting to use this on another individual. Because of the short length, you have to watch how you swing it. You may find the petals striking somewhere other than where you intended. If you aren't careful, it can snap back rather than forward and strike your forearm. A pillow makes for a nice target to start, before moving on to the buttocks and thighs of your partner. I would recommend holding off on using this on the breasts or chest until you are experienced enough not to risk hitting your partner in the eye.
