Left no Impressions on my Mind

I bought the paddle to surprise my significant other in the bedroom. I was starting to become more dominant and comfortable with the use of whips and paddles. I found that the toy is great for couples playing around with the bit more dangerous side of kink. It could be used in actual intercourse in some positions, while I found it best for foreplay to get enticed about a bit of domination. I liked to use this toy mostly for paddling while it can be used for gentle running along the body; I find this to be chill-inducing. I have both used it and also have had it used on myself. I found it best used on the buttocks since it did take a bit of force to use. I found it easiest to be used for both the paddler and the paddled in the typical doggy style position. When used for foreplay it could easily be used to cause goosebumps of anticipation.

It was a bit difficult to use on the breasts due to the fact that the design of it is harder to swing down, up, or across, although it could be used to lift the breast when the paddler was sitting in an upright position. This also made it difficult to use in the penis region of a male in most positions. It could be used on the thighs easily when the one being paddled was sitting upright with thighs spread. Overall the toy was great to get me and my partner more involved with one another's wants and even pain tolerance.

The paddle is made up of a few parts put together, the first of which I noticed was the thin sheet of paper in between the back piece and the strip in front with the word cut out of it. The product is made out of leather, making it stiff with a bit of flexibility. The back piece is a hard piece of leather that is actually a bit harder to bend. The front piece is a very thin strip of leather that has the word slut cut out of it. This piece is extremely easy to bend and actually was harder to bend back to being straight. All three components are sewn together at the base which goes into the handle. The handle is a combination of both the hard and soft leather strips. At the very end there is an eyelet made of metal with a piece of nylon string through it, this is used for your wrist. The handle of the paddle feels slightly bulky in the hand, this I think was due to me not being used to flat handles rather than round ones of most whips which I had become accustomed to using. The overall make of the paddle was extremely sturdy; I believed this to be due to the make of the backbone of paddle. The only flimsy part of it was the small piece of paper in between the two leather strips. This piece reminded me of the decorative paper used in gift bags. The sturdy make of the paddle made it a great bit of fun in the bedroom.

When I first started to get into using the paddle I was excited to see the imprints it left. I'm afraid the imprints didn't happen. When I would use it on the buttocks it would leave one or two of the letters in random areas, but never the whole word. It does take quite a bit of force for the imprints to come up at all, and mostly turn into painful welts that stay as a reminder of your naughty deed. I was hoping to have a light impression that would quickly fade, not one that made me squirm in my seat for a day or two.

Another shock factor this little devil applied was the loud slap it made when it slammed across the skin. Even if the pain of it doesn't get you the sound will, it reminded me of the sound you hear in movies when someone gets bitch-slapped. I know on more than one occasion I jumped from the mere sound of the paddle.

The paper inside the paddle seemed to serve no purpose in my opinion but to make the word slut stand out and grab your attention, and the flimsy paper soon shredded. The overall appeal of this toy is great but those not able to stay standing for a day may want to steer clear of it.

The bulkiness of the paddle did make it more difficult to store. I don't like to keep my naughty little trinkets out for the world to see, but the size of this one made it hard to just stash someplace. The thinness of the paddle did make it easier to slip under places for quick hiding, but I try not to do that very often. I did like to keep the leather in tip top shape so I used a tiny bit of water to gently wash it, but not enough to drench it by any means. Its overall care is minimal to none, while the ability to hide it is a bit tougher unless you want to keep it under your pillow.
