Faux fur flogger - flogging toy by EdenFantasys - review by Ace&M

This flogger provided a very well rounded experience from a user point of view as well as a receiver; the handle seems to be sturdy and durable enough to stand up to long-term use as well as providing a good grip service for maximum leverage. The mixture between furry straps and leather pieces is a pleasant mixture of sensations, the blunt force of them all hitting together with the slight sting from where bits of leather strike soothed over by the comforting red fluffy stripes. The mixture of pieces also prevents having to much sting in one spot upon repeated swings. One downside would be that with the new leather it did leave streaks of black across my partner, nothing too hard to clean but a fact to keep in mind. Also, this toy is lower on the pain scale compared to other whips and floggers.


From an aesthetic point of view, the flogger is a great addition to any collection of toys; the handle is a black and red cross weave of a much sturdier leather than that of the actual strips on the end. At the base of the handle is attached a braided leather cord, following the color scheme of the toy, that is the convenience for hanging it up after use to prevent tangling or and/or as a wrist strap for added security during play. Some leather straps seem to be cut a bit shorter or at odd angles than others, but not enough to affect performance or visual continuity of the toy itself.


The overall design of the toy seems to be tougher than many I’ve seen beforehand. Although you cannot actually see where the straps connect to the handle as the short cylindrical end cap covers them, they have yet to fall off or disconnect during use and seem to connect strongly enough to withstand slight pulling and tugging. The black leather strips are supple faux leather with an almost felt like texture to them, while the red strips are a short haired fur covering a soft, flexible fabric core strip. Overall I would highly recommend this toy for fun light to mid-range play, and personally believe it’s worth adding to the collection for purely aesthetic purposes.

The two best ways I found to use this toy are, a wide full swing connecting with the full length of the straps and a short whip-like hitting with just the tips of the flogger. The first method gives a solid smack with light stinging from the leather while the second can provide a more direct shock of sensation with a harder sting. I would also suggest dragging the flogger across the skin after each hit to provide a soft, soothing tickle to the area

This lovely faux fur and leather flogger has held up wonderfully over many uses. It has become a favorite piece added to our collection. The only issue I have found with it, be it a minor one is that bits of the fur still come off and you may be having to clean up fur bits after a play session.
