This tail is a very low end beginners toy for those interested in pony play. It is definitely a fraction of the cost of the nice horsetail anal plugs out there, but with that price cut comes a serious lack of quality.

As a butt plug, it functions nicely. It is made from rubber, so it is safe with silicon and water based lubricants. The size is reasonable for a beginner anal toy user such as myself, but may leave experienced anal toy lovers wanting more. The candy red color is very distracting when trying to view the tail.

The tail is stiff crinkled plastic string. It is unpleasant to the touch and bent funny from shipping, taking quite a bit of work to straighten out. The tail is of medium length (long enough to hang under its own weight, but not long enough to have much flow or movement), and cute to see, but not worth interacting with by touch as it is such an unpleasant sensation. The tail is also very thin, not very luxurious for a pony.

The construction appears to be sturdy, and the plastic material of the tail suggests it will be able to endure for quite a while. If you are actually doing active pony events and do not want to rough up your nice tail, this might be an acceptable alternative. I do not think that the tail will come out of the plug any time soon, but I will be writing again after it has had a bit more use to see how it holds up.

Pony play is a very popular fetish, but also a very expensive one. If you are looking to try out the look and see how you handle a toy like this, this pony tail is for you. If you want something that is good for more than just looks, I'd recommend investing in a nicer tail.
