Pink play erotic whip - whip discontinued by Topco Sales - review by Lygeia

I purchased this toy with low expectations. Bondage gear is an investment and good gear subsequently costs more money. I simply wanted an inexpensive pink flogger-style toy to match my collection of pink and black bondage items (I love to emasculate submissive males with pink impact implements). I figured from the beginning that this would be more of a sensory toy rather than a reliable whipping tool. I was under no impression that I was buying a high-quality toy.

Once I took the product out of the package, it took a while for the falls to relax and lose the shape of the box. As the whip material is synthetic, I was unsure of how to expedite the process of straightening the falls. I hung up the whip and and eventually managed to get the product looking decent.

The material of the whip itself is very light. I found that I had to use a lot of energy with each hit. Not good; I want my scene to look effortless when I am working on a submissive. I actually hand-knotted each fall to make the whip more wicked, but I still need to add something for weight. The knots helped the "sting" factor but it's almost impossible to aim the whip so that all the falls hit in the same spot. Perhaps I'll find some mean beads or studs to redeem the product. I think that some sparkly pony beads might just do the trick if knotted near the ends of the falls.

Don't expect to get a lot of mileage from this cute pink whip; it isn't meant to be your go-to flogger. I recommend it as is for a Halloween costume prop or gag gift. With modification, you can have an inexpensive toy for warming up your submissive before moving on to heavier implements.
