These have a numbing agent inside. It seems hard at first, but your body heat melts it almost instantly. It takes a second to kick in, but you can actually feel it start working. It does not make you completely numb, but numb enough that you can still feel. The numbness lasts for a little while after, so I recommend washing it off when you are done. If you touch the inside, your fingers will feel numb.

It is ordinary size. It is not too big or too small. It is comparative with all of the others on the market.

This product does work rather well. The purpose is to numb you just enough that you can still feel sensations, but it takes the edge off enough to avoid overstimulation.
