All I can say is "meh"!

This isn't a bad strap-on to see if you like it before investing in a more expensive model, or if you are quite skinny and want to use all the suggested vac-u-lock parts. I learned from this model that I probably do like strap-on sex...just probably not with this particular harness.

Use

This harness is usable by either women or men to allow penetration of a partner with a dildo. There's a space cut out at the bottom that allowed for vaginal stimulation of the wearer, or for a man to allow his "jewels" to stick out from. It's pretty simple to figure out; I'm a harness beginner myself. The biggest problem for a beginner is that this isn't a great deal if you don't already own other vac-u-lock products. The system is designed to work with powder, a plug, and then the dildo, so it generally needs three additional pieces; thus, someone who already owns these pieces might be better served by this particular harness.

Material

The outside of the harness is vinyl; the inside lining is something softer. It seems sturdy enough. It's fairly thin and doesn't have a distinctive vinyl odor. It's OK to get silicone or water lubricants on the vinyl, and it's easy to clean with soap and water if necessary.

Design / Craftsmanship

I was rather disappointed with the design. It's sturdy but otherwise somewhat impractical with my body type. The maximum waist size is 44"; either mine is bigger (which I doubt), or the maximum COMFORTABLE waist size is much smaller. It felt like I was wearing a low g-string and just didn't seem secure. The straps don't have any sort of clasp, so you have to either completely undo the fasteners to take it off and on or step into and out of the harness. I also had a problem with the fasteners just not being secure enough and the straps slipping. They are adjustable.

Although designed to be used with the vac-u-lock line, I used another dildo I owned. Not ideal, but it is compatible (the dildo must be somewhat wide).

Again, I was disappointed with the fit. I could not get the harness to stay comfortably over my hips to allow me maximum control.

Performance

I've covered why the harness wasn't really comfortable for me. It still worked; my partner and I still had a good time. It was easy enough to get a regular dildo into the harness, and it stayed there alright. I think there were some issues with the weight of the dildo I used, but those would be fixed by using a vac-u-lock dildo and having better straps.
