Vac-u-lock female set - dildo harness by Doc Johnson - review by PassionQT

Before purchasing this item, my only strap-on experience was with a friend's very basic- not to mention inexpensive-vinyl harness with a permanently-attached, one-size-size-fits-all (or not), hollow, bright purple dong. I decided on the "Doc Johnson Vac-U-Lock Female Set" because of durability and the availability of various realistic attachments to suit the comfort and pleasure of both my partner and myself.

There really aren’t too many negatives about the construction of the harness itself. It’s leather with buckles, built to last, and expands up to 44” (extension strap included with kit). The g-string portion also has a buckle opening to allow for the addition or removal of the vaginal and anal plugs. The Vac-u-lock attachment plug is securely fastened front and center on the harness. Doc Johnson carries a variety of other realistic dildos in all price ranges, lengths, and skin tones. You can purchase the powder lubricant separately to ease attachment of the dong to the harness. It may seem like an extra expense, but a little goes a long way and really does make it easier to secure.

As I mentioned, there are a variety of different dongs in the Vac-u-Lock line to use, but the obvious limitation seems to be the consistent use of rubber material, which doesn't score high on a safety level. Condom usage over the toy is recommended, not only to keep it clean, but also to prolong its life.

Overall this set is a great value and can be easily altered for both user's preferences; however, if you intend to use the included dong for anal, it may be a bit too thick for a beginning receiver. May I suggest the thin natural dong, which offers a smaller head and and may be a better choice for anal play depending on the recipient's experience.

I’ve been using this for over a year now. Although it is still one of my most popular toys, I’m contemplating the purchase of a pantie or a jock-strap style harness,so that myself or my partner has access to my vaginal area. This way, I don't have to remove the entire harness when I'd like some stimulation before reverting my attention back to my partner. Personally, I'm not a fan of the included vaginal and anal plugs, so I use the harness without them.

My Vac-u-lock has served me well, and I still feel it is a choice worth considering for those that like the hardcore look of a leather harness and realistic dongs. However, having just received my Spareparts "Joque" harness, I can honestly say that it is my new primary harness based solely on comfort and safety of the available attachments.
