Well, he's a DICK I'll give him that.
Wow, I definitely was not expecting this one to be a flop, but unfortunately it was. The only good thing about this was that it looked fun, but the cons are overwhelming! It smells, tastes terrible, has imperfections, and the biggest con of all is the stinging material. I would never use this again, and recommend others not to risk it. Definitely 1/5.

Pros
Looked like it would be fun.
Cons
MATERIAL STINGS! Smell. Taste. Imperfections. Floppy due to Vac-U-lock hole.
NOTE: This toy was used anally by a boy.
When I ordered the Perfect Realistic Cock, I thought, "All right, this should be good." When he showed up, Io opened the box and thought, "Looks good, nice size, smooth and realistic feel." Everything seemed good...and then I tried to use it.
Packaging/Storage: The toy came inside of a light blue box, wrapped in a plastic bag. The front of the box had the Doc Johnson logo and said Vac-U-Lock Attachments just beneath it. It stated the dildo is "inter-changeable with all Vac-U-Lock systems", made of realistic 5.0 non-phthalate material and was made in the USA. There is a picture of the toy in the background and below it, the fullname (7" perfect realistic erect cock) is featured. The box's right side restates the Vac-U-Lock information stated in the front in 6 different languages, while the back repeats the name, states it is PVC, and is made of a sil-a-gel formula. This allows the toy to be anti-bacterial, have a non-toxic formula, and be latex free and cadmium free. It also states that it is "Inter-changable with all Vac-U-Lock systems. Molded from an actual cock. Incredible realistic detail. Made with Doc's anti-bacterial, non-phthalate Sil-A-Gel formula . Always made in the USA."
The left side has repeats the information on Vac-U-Lock and includes illustrated instructions at the bottom on how to apply the Vac-U-Lock to the dildo.
Look: This thing looked very realistic and veiny. It had a big mushroom head, which I loved about it, however there were bad things. Due to this being a Vac-U-Lock dildo, there's a huge deep hole at the bottom of the dildo. Aside from this, there were parts of the toy with small bits of the material missing. however this was towards base and didn't effect usage. There were also strange imperfections where the toy did not look realistic at all and was just very shiny and smooth. The Doc Johnson signature logo is on the balls, which made it look a bit worse.
Feel: In my hands, this toy felt very soft and smooth. Upon attempting to put it in, I instantly noticed that the Vac-U-lock hole caused the dildo to feel floppy toward the bottom, making it a bit difficult to put in. When I finally got it in, I instantly felt a mix of pleasure and pain. The dildo felt good and I could tell I was gonna have fun with it...but then I felt the sting. Due to the terrible material, it stung me on the inside! I thought, "No, I probably didn't warm up enough." So I tried some more warming up, but upon the second insertion, I instantly knew it was the toy's fault and not mine. After that, I immediately decided not to try again. I don't think anyone should ever use a toy that causes them pain, unless it's a whip or something like that.
Smell/Taste/Sound: This thing definitely had a smell, and it wasn't nice. It was a strong gross chemical smell, but unfortunately not enough to stop me from licking it. Just from a single lick, I got a bad taste that got worse even after I removed my tongue. It went away after a few more seconds, but just remember not to lick this one. There was no sound with this toy.
Material/Lube/Cleaning: Now this is tricky, because Edenfantasys says it is made of rubber, however the box says PVC. I say this is PVC because I own rubber dildos and have never had the stinging issue with them at all! PVC has a 2/10 on the safety scale, is light and water resistant, BUT is clearly not for some people and can cause stinging. You may use silicone or water based lubes on PVC, and clean it with simple water and soap followed by a toy cleaner.

Follow-up commentary
25 days after original review
I had to throw away this toy as soon as I found out it stung me, so it's safe to say I still don't like it. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone taking a risk with this toy. It's not worth the stinging feeling.

Thanks for the review. I was looking at another toy they make with the same material and I think I'm going to skip it now. Doesn't sound like a fun experience at all.

Thanks for the great review! I wonder why Eden has it listed as a different material from what's on the box...I'll definitely skip this one!!

Thanks for the review. They probably didn't use the healthoest material. It really is about time that the companies start creating more silicone dildos.
