I was impressed with the packaging and the layout of the box. Everything has its own section in the box for storage. The box was pretty heavy for a sex toy. It came with nice instructions as well. I thought the dildo attachment was a good size but it was a little too soft and flexible at the tip.

I decided to try this thing out by myself first. I was able to suction it down on the bed using a lap desk with a hard slick top surface. The suction cup is the type that has the little arm that you slide left to right that clamps it down very well to a hard surface. The main cylinder screws to the base and the dildo attaches to the cylinder with a quarter turn. The heating control is on the main cylinder and it does take several minutes for it to warm up to the hottest temperature. The vibration and trusting controls are on the cylinder and on the remote as well. The toy has a ratchet type gear for changing the angle of the toy with a plastic thumbscrew to clamp it in place once you find the correct angle.

After I got it all set up I lubed up the dildo and myself with a good thick water-based lube. I had a little trouble inserting the tip in since it is a little too flexible. Once it was in and I was comfortable with the feel of the toy it hit the thrusting button. The Spirit started to hammer away. I was able to move my hips up and down and change the angle of the toy and let it hit my prostate a little more directly. I went through the vibration options and there are seven of those. I am not a guy who normally enjoys vibrating anal stimulation but the Spirit has very enjoyable vibrations. I also cycled through the different thrusting speeds and patterns but found myself going back to the slower and steadier speed. The heating part of the dildo is a nice touch. It takes some of the coldness away from the toy and really feels good inside you. I wish the heat radiated better throughout the dildo.

I was very well lubed up and the Spirit was able to go in and out with little effort. If I really wanted to clamp down on the toy I could stop the motion so you do need to relax.
