My first impressions of the "Dr. Feel Playful" were good overall. It took a little over a month for me to get the toy and actually be able to use it, though. It arrived discreetly in the mail in an opaque bag that was inside of a small brown box with my shipping information on it. I enjoyed the size of it; it's about 5 inches in usable length, simplicity of the design, and it only requires a single AA battery. It's one of my first vibrators, and I was super excited to try it out.

After I popped the battery in and sat down to try it, I did have a little trouble starting it. Sometimes this toy needs to be given a quick shake to get it to turn on. Other than that, it works perfectly. The first time I used this toy, I was solo and in missionary with it between my legs against my clit. I went through all 7 vibration settings to play around with it. My first time with the "Dr. Feel Playful" went extremely well. It got me off fairly quickly, my first go around. I believe it was a combination of this being a new experience and the batteries being brand new.

After having this toy for a while, I've gotten familiar with it. The texture is nice, it's not too exaggerated or hard. I do favor certain settings more than others. It doesn't always manage to give me a big orgasm; I tend to need to use it on the high-continuous setting in order for it to work me up. The settings that pulse don't do as much for me personally. The size is good for a compact toy for those with experience and those who are new. I've explored this toy with my partner a little bit as well, and it was surprising how it worked for him.

The vibrations range from mild to moderate; I believe this is a toy anyone could use and is of average intensity. The vibrations are strongest at the tip of the toy, but can easily be felt throughout it. I've used the tip and the upper part of the shaft. I tend to use the tip more due to the intensity being higher there.

The orgasm intensity depended heavily on how long it'd been since I'd used the toy. The first time I used it, it was pretty intense and had me shaking and curling my toes-- But when I had used the toy for the first time, it had been a while since I'd gotten to be intimate with myself, so there was some built up sensitivity. Over time it's been pretty good at giving me at least one good orgasm each session.
