Although the Yellow mini bulb Blaster vibe is intended for clitoral stimulation, and it does so fantastically, it is very versatile too. In addition to c-spot stimulation, the little mini Blaster is great for all over body teasing and great for the nipples, vulva, or anus. For guys, it's great for teasing the penis, testicles, or anus too. However, it is a mini-vibe, it's best for teasing and is definitely NOT a vibe workhorse like the Hitachi. For the clit though, it has two slower "teasing" speeds and it's top speed is comparable to a Pocket Rocket and usually gets the job done (according to my wife). If you want a quick, intense orgasm, then you might be missing out on the build-up that the lower speeds can offer. One of the great primary uses for this mini-vibe, is a shower toy. Because it is water-proof (unlike other mini-vibes), it is a great addition to a sexy shower together.

The Yellow Mini Blaster is simple, smooth plastic, but that's okay. It works great for it's intended purpose. The rounded head can glide easily over many sensitive areas. If the head were rough and heavily textured, it would not have the same effect. Although, it would be nice if the product came with detachable tops like many pocket rocket vibes just to add a little more variety to the texture aspect.

The Yellow mini Blaster is only about 3 inches long, but it doesn't need to be any bigger. In fact, it would lose some of it's portability and handiness if it were any bigger. There really isn't an "insertable" length to the toy. While teasing the vagina, you can insert the mini bulb end - which is about three quarters of an inch in diameter - while the "neck" of the toy is about one inch in length. However, it is not really intended for deep penetration - just teasing. If you want penetration, get a nice rabbit-style vibe instead. The rounded head does make positioning a lot easier when you are trying to find that magic spot on your clit though. If you are using a flat top pocket rocket style mini vibe, picking up and moving the head can cause a break in the action. With a round top like on the Mini Blaster, you can just roll it around until you find it. Since the bottom end of the vibe does not have a flared base, I do NOT recommend that it be used for anal penetration.

The mini-vibe has three speeds, and you can switch between them by pressing the on/off button twice or three times. The four time will turn it back off. The intensity of the little vibe is not powerful enough to really merit one of the lower vibe settings. The overall noise of the vibe is also rather muted and cannot be heard from more than 30 feet away or through a wall. I believe the lowest speed is unnecessarily slow/weak for teasing. However, some may really like it for sensation play/denied orgasm. Instead, it would be nice to have a super-charged intensity on the top end that surpasses other mini-vibes. Alas, the top speed is very similar to other mini-vibes in terms of power. On the plus side, I suspended the mini-vibe in water instead of just splashing it with water in the shower and it held up nicely (no sputters or shorts). Also, the easy push button on the end of the vibe is much more convenient than twist bottom mini-vibes. Finally, the battery life of the Yellow Mini Blaster is quite reasonable. We have used it for a little over an hour all together without having to replace the batteries. I will report back on the total battery life of the vibe in a follow-up review.

Because the Yellow Mini Blaster vibe is smooth plastic, cleaning is very easy. A little warm water or toy cleaner is usually all you need to disinfect the toy. The smooth texture does not attract hair or sludge very easily either - although residue from lube or body fluids may accumulate over time. The toy takes 4 watch batteries and are very easily to get at a store and replace in the toy - simply unscrew the bottom compartment.

The toy arrives in a plastic covering that is not sealed all the way around. That's right, you don't have to break out the utility scissors or a butcher's knife to open it up. It snaps open and closed so you can reuse the package as a make-shift box/container. The picture for the vibe is rather innocent with just the picture on the vibe on the package - no half-naked models.

So far, we really enjoy using the Yellow Mini Blaster. We've used it to get the evening going in the shower and took it with us to bed to finish up later. As much as I like the Yellow Mini Blaster we have now, I do feel I should say that this one was our second toy. The first Yellow Mini Blaster we received had a short circuit in it and did not vibrate at all - with numerous attempts to change batteries. Hopefully, this experience was simply an anomaly and not an omen to one that you will order.
