The Dual Treat AKA pleasure hammer to us (or pleasure blowdryer also works) is definitely worth a spot in your pleasure toolkit (or starting it out) if you like suction, pulsing, both, or want to find out if you like either/both of those with just one toy!
While it may not be as strong as an individual sucking or pulsing toy, you get both in one toy so I think that makes it a worthwhile and small compromise.

The Dual Treat box is very discreet, a plain white box, with the only thing that may give away what kind of product's inside is the sticker on the side that says adult novelty.
Inside is the toy, charging cord, manual, and a nice drawstring storage pouch.
First thought looking at the Dual Treat is hammer time! It has a fun whimsical design resembling a hammer (or blowdryer also works) and the soft silicone is a pretty turquoise color. We love having toys in different colors besides the common ones, and the unique shape also makes for a nice addition compared to the usual toy shapes.
I whipped out the Dual Treat after some foreplay (usually how I introduce new toys to surprise the wife with!) and my wife was first amused with the hammer/blowdryer shape of the toy. But once I started 'hammering' her clit with it (really just putting it on her clit and letting the pulsing and sucking do its job) and her amusement immediately changed into moans of pleasure. I started with the pulsing end but that wasn't as intense as she wanted in that moment since we already did some foreplay, so switching to the suction side and once it was just over the clit with a good seal and sucking away her moans got way louder (that's how I knew it was in the right spot!). She then held it in place while I started thrusting in her myself and it wasn't long before she was riding waves of toe curling orgasms!!
Using the Dual Treat with simultaneous penetration is doable in the right positions. It is a bit bulkier than some other toys but some positions that work better are her laying on her back with me in a more upright position or leaning back (rather than leaning over her) or doggystyle. The tapping side is more of a low to moderate intensity, great for foreplay or edging switching between it and the sucking side. The suction side can be much more intense especially if wet or lubed enough and getting it in the right spot where it has a strong seal and then strong sucking resulting from that!
Both sides are always on when the toy is on, probably since the sucker side is sucking in while the tapping side is pulsing outwards. The sucking side is more intense than the tapping side, and while either is not as intense as toys that only do one of those functions, you do get both options in one here! The bottom power button turns the toy on or off, then the top button cycles through the intensities and modes of the stimulator.
