Aquatic arouser dolphin - bullet discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Cora Jane

I purchased this last year because I thought it would be nice to add a small waterproof toy to my collection, but it just ended up forgotten in the bottom of the toy box after a couple of uses.

The number one reason the dolphin arouser was disappointing to me was the lack of power of the vibrations. With the dolphin cover on, it wasn't strong enough to do anything for me (I guess that's why they labeled it "arouser," it does nothing but tease a little). In addition to that, the toy turned out to be a bit smaller than I had expected, so it wasn't useful for its intended purpose of dual stimulation because it simply doesn't reach where it should.

After a few attempts at making this work and being far from impressed, I completely forgot about it until recently. I decided to remove the dolphin part (and threw it away so I don't get tempted to give it another try) and just use it as a bullet and now I've found some new uses for it.

Without the dolphin attachment, the vibrations do feel a little bit stronger so it can be fun to play with, although still not enough to get me off. The bullet is waterproof and has a wrist strap so it's great for playing in the shower because you don't have to worry about dropping or losing it despite its small size. I also like that it's so quiet because it makes the tiny toy even more discreet.

I think the best use for this toy (just the bullet after removing the attachment) is as a beginner vibe for couples. My new boyfriend was a little unsure about using toys during sex so this is the one I brought over to introduce him. The small size, clear color, quiet motor and soft vibrations (which we can both enjoy) make it much less intimidating for beginners than many other toys available. Since this experience, he's been more comfortable with the idea of using toys together and more open to trying new things with me.

I ended up just throwing this one away and easily replaced it with a much better bullet vibe. Don't waste your money here.
