Vibe Therapy Discreet is a multi-speed, multi-function vibrator designed for clitoral stimulation. It's only 4 1/4 inches long and is only be insertable to about 1 1/2 inches so it's much too small for internal or g-spot stimulation. It doesn't have a flared base or enough to hold onto to prevent it from getting lost so it's a no-go for anal penetration.

As well as a clitoral stimulator, it's a great foreplay aide. Press it against your nipples, chest, thighs or anywhere else that you enjoy vibration. It can also be used during sex as a clit stimulator or it can be pressed against a guys testicles or shaft to share the pleasure.

Discreet can be used by beginners or those that are more experienced with toys. With 7 settings, there should be something for anyone. It's called Discreet, but it's not actually a quiet toy so it's best used when you're alone or with background noise to muffle the sound. It's waterproof, so using this in the shower or tub is a great option for those that are privacy-challenged.

Discreet is a deep purple and silver in color and is made of a completely smooth, hard, 100% ABS Plastic. Plastic is rated as an 8 out of 10 on Eden's Material Safety Guide which is pretty darn safe. It's made of a non-porous, food-grade material and is also hypo-allergenic, latex-free and phthalates-free.

It's completely smooth in texture, save for the silver ridge that serves as a place to grip the toy and hold it into place.

The control panel area of this toy is the same deep purple color, but made with a shinier plastic that makes it stand out a little more than the rest of the toy. It's also completely smooth and the buttons just feel like bumps when you run your fingers over them. There is, however, a tiny little hole just below the controls that is a little off-putting as it's next to impossible to find anything small enough to clean it. A toothpick is all I could find that would kind of fit.



There is one visible seam on the side that runs all the way along the toy, but it's not even something that you can tell is there when touching it or while using the toy. If I hadn't been looking for a seam, I would never have noticed it because it blends together so well.

The lack of texture makes this an excellent toy for beginners just looking to get a feel for toys and what they like or don't like in them. More experienced users that enjoy toys with no added texture will have no issues with this vibe.

It does have a very slight plastic scent upon removing it from the box, but after an initial wash before use the scent is non-existent. There is no discernible taste to Discreet.

At first glance, Discreet looks a little bit like a wireless computer mouse, albeit much more slender than the average mouse and more decorated as it's a deep purple color and the control panel has a white artistic pattern on it. It's small-ish in in size, measuring in at 4 1/4 inches in length and 5 inches in circumference at its largest point around the control panel, and fits well in the palm of your hand.

This is a pretty standard size for a vibrator intended for clitoral stimulation, so the size is just fine. It will work just as well for beginners as it will for advanced users.

Discreet is very easy to hide, despite the fact that it's purple. It won't fit into most pockets without creating a noticeable bulge, but it can be tucked into a bag, purse or luggage for travel purposes without fear of it being noticed. It is noisy, so be sure to take out the batteries first to prevent it accidentally turning itself on.

Discreet is multi-speed, multi-functional, waterproof vibrator powered by 2 AAA batteries (not included) and an easy to use two-button control panel.

The controls are located on top of the toy, making them easy to push while you're looking directly at them and since they're a bit raised, it's easy to feel for them while you're using it. If you're not paying attention, it's easy to hit the power button by mistake. The settings aren't easily changed if you just run your fingers over the buttons though.

Discreet is very simple to use. Push the power button (the lower of the two buttons) once to turn it on and you'll see both buttons outlined by a red LED light. Push the function button (the top button) once to turn the vibrations on and then 6 more times to cycle all the way through the settings. Push the power button to stop cycling through and to turn Discreet off again.

2. Medium, steady vibration. (3 vrooms, 2 bees)
3. High, steady vibration. (4 vrooms, 4 bees)
4. Escalating, low to high vibration. (2 vrooms, 2 bees)

6. Pulsating, medium vibration. (3 vrooms, 2 bees)
7. Pulsating, high vibration. (3 vrooms, 3 bees)

Overall, Discreet is a nice range of moderate speed with moderate sound, with the exception of number 3 being much more intense and significantly louder than the other settings. The patterns could definitely be a little stronger, but it really performed well for a toy that runs on AAA batteries.

Vibrations can be felt throughout the toy so with extended use, it can cause a little bit of finger numbness for a short time.

Discreet is waterproof and can be taken in the shower, but I wouldn't suggest completely submerging it in the water because of the tiny hole on the front and the hole on the base for the battery compartment. I brought mine in the shower with me the day it arrived and no water made its way inside.

Caring for Discreet is a breeze. Wash it with an anti-bacterial soap and hot water or wipe it down with an isopropyl alcohol or toy cleaner wipe. Dry it with a lint-free towel or cloth or let it air dry and store it in a cool, dry place away from other toys as the color could bleed into other materials.

Discreet is made of plastic, so it's non-porous, but it's recommended to use a condom or toy cover when sharing since it can't be sterilized.

Water, oil and silicone-based lubricants are all compatible with plastic, but take care not to get them in the little hole on top or in the slot for the battery compartment or it could damage the insides of this toy.

Discreet comes packaged in a clear, plastic box with a cardboard insert to hold the toy in place. There's very little information on the package, but there are two paper inserts detailing maintenance and care of the toy.

It's see-through, so it's not discreet in the slightest, but it looks nice and would make a nice gift for someone looking for a clitoral stimulating vibrator or the toy itself could be stored back inside the box. If you'd rather just toss the box after you pull Discreet out of it, it is recyclable.

I absolutely love everything about Discreet, except for the fact that it really isn't a quiet toy. It's not buzzy or rumbly in its vibrations, so I can overlook the fact that it's a bit loud.

When I first got it, I put batteries in it to test it to see how it felt in the palm of my hand but I was so incredibly surprised by the intensity of the settings that I gave it a quick wash and decided to test it out the right way. For science and all that, right? It was love at first click. I cycled through the settings and found my favorites immediately, number 2 and number 5 in case you're wondering. I did occasionally push the button to cycle through again and as I wasn't paying attention, I turned it off. That's incredibly frustrating to anyone, I would think. It didn't matter, I pushed through and this baby really delivered for me.

I did initially picture this as a bit larger, but it's a great toy that I would recommend to anyone.
