Love me, love me, say that you love me

Loveables #1 is a good starter toy if you want to experiment with shapes. It's not one size fits all with this toy; insert it to your liking. Her soft curves feel great, but the vibrations are not intense.
Loveables #1 has bumps to love, soft silky material
Lacks strong vibrations, Smell

extremely useful review

The Loveables #1 is a toy designed for vaginal use. Like any toy, you are free to use it how you please: clitoral region, nipples, breasts, maybe even anal. The manufacturer does not specify if this toy is safe for anal use, so you'll have to use your best judgement. The progressive, cone-like shape makes it a bit more anal friendly, but it does not have a flared base. Please refer to the Care and Maintenance section for other potential anal use hazards. Loveables #1 is not harness compatible. It may be difficult to use with a partner because of the bulk of the vibrator.

Although the shape is not intuitive to g-spot stimulation, this toy is best used vaginally in my opinion. The bumps on it are what it has going for it, especially because the vibrations are weak to moderate. The bumps work best when thrusting, that's when I could feel the different thicknesses of the bumps. The vibrations may not be enough buzz for some on the clitoris.

Material / Texture

This toy is made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR). It smells like rubber, not like latex rubber, but still rubber. It took a few washings and a week+ for the smell to dissipate. Because I was not a fan of the smell, I'm sorry to report I have not tasted it. The batteries are housed in a plastic component in the base of the vibrator.

The material is what makes this vibe very soft to the touch. When it first came out of the packaging, it had kind of a greasy feel to it. After a bath with soap and water (her not me), the texture felt less oily but remained super soft with almost no drag and easy to play with even without lube. The texture is smooth. I would recommend this toy for people with texture aversions but still want some structural variety.

The material allows for a small amount of give, about the same as a firm silicone. Since the center boasts a long motor shaft, the toy is not flexible at all. The rubber is transparent and you can see the motor for the majority of the toy. There is about a half inch at the top that does not have the motor in it and that part is slightly more flexible.

Design / Shape / Size

The love bumps are the best thing about this toy. The ridges are smooth and create a nice full feeling, even if you're used to a larger toy. There are five bumps for you to hump along with a slightly flared base on the last bump. The size is a benefit for a beginner as the bumps get progressively larger towards the base of the toy. If you are not sure about what feels most comfortable to you, this toy is in a sort of cone shape, smaller on top.

Length: 7 1/4"
Insertable length: 5 3/4"
Circumference: 5 1/4"
Diameter: 1 5/8"
Weight: 0.5 lb

A beginner who is wondering what different shapes feel like might like to experiment with this toy. The very bottom portion houses the batteries and doesn't allow for very much to hold on to. I found myself holding the plastic and part of the rubber at the base, which isn't the easiest. As far as girth goes, like I said, it gets progressively bigger. So for someone who likes a bigger toy, inserting just the top half may not be satisfying. I found the overall size of the toy to be fulfilling for me.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls on this toy are easy to use. On the bottom, there is a compartment that unscrews to hold the batteries, and on that same unit, there is a control knob that is labeled. You turn it clockwise to turn it on. It does not have a lock function. There are no patterns, only steady vibrations. These vibrations are buzzy and not very strong. The vibrations range from barely noticeable to moderate. This is the weakest toy in my box (no pun intended). This alone is not enough for me, but like I said, the shape is interesting enough to keep it around.

It uses 2 AAA batteries. I didn't have any brand new batteries around, so I used some others; these have not run out yet. The vibrations are not quite as powerful as a rechargeable vibe, but since the intensity of the vibrations is not strong, the toy is not very loud either. Nor does your hand get tingly because of the soft steady vibrations.

The manufacturer says this toy is waterproof. In the battery compartment, there is a small rubber gasket that protects the motor from getting wet. This seems to be sufficient enough to use it in the water. I usually opt for the shower rather than submerging it in the bath. The water with the already soft, little drag material is great.

Care and Maintenance

The manufacturer didn't have a lot of useful information on the packaging. I generally use soap and water to clean my toys. Loveables #1 is waterproof, so there's no worries about spoiling the goods. The grooves on this toy are not deep, therefore not difficult to clean. I didn't need a toothbrush to get them clean. No dishwasher for the Loveables #1 either because of the mechanical components.

Water or silicone lube is a good match for this vibrator. It doesn't attract as much dirt and lint as some of my silicone toys, but I would still recommend storing it in a toy box or bag. Also, TPR can have a negative interaction with other toys, causing it to melt. As with any toy that cannot be sterilized, your best bet is to wear a condom when sharing or with anal use.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

The packaging as previously mentioned is rather stingy. The toy comes in a see-through plastic mold with a single two sided insert. I find it hard to store toys in their original packaging when it's a mold.

Follow-up commentary
Although this maybe a fun vibe for some, it stays in the bottom of my drawer. With so many innovative toys on the market, this one just doesn't have enough bells and whistles for my taste.
