Use: Hope can be used on your clitoris, nipples, vaginally, on a males testicles or the base of his penis. It shouldn't be used anally related to no flared base and then toy could become "lost". Hope can be warmed or cooled with water for temperature play. It's waterproof so it can be used in the bath or shower but please don't drop it. Any type of lube may be used with hope.

Hope is made of tempered glass, "Food grade material", hypoallergenic, nonporous, latex and phthalate free. There is no smell or taste to this toy.

The tip of the toy is smooth leading to a raised swirl and ending at the base with raised bumps. The total length is 6", 4 3/4" insert able and 1 1/2 inch diameter. The first 2 1/2 inches are the tip and the swirl it is raised aprox 1/2 centimeter. Then the bumps start, 18 total in rows of 3. The Hope seems heavy to be but it weighs aprox 4 ounces. Its appearance is intriguing, I first saw this at a local adult store and I liked the way it looked which led me to searching for it on EF. The size isn't as intimidating as the wands that I have seen. For a beginner this was a great choice which will lead me to more glass explorations. It's not too "cute" like the pink and lavender vibes. The bumps can be felt internally and I liked the sensations.

The Hope has 3 speed settings, low, medium and strong. Since hope is made of glass I felt that the vibrations were stronger than in the plastic, gel, or silicone vibes. The button is raised at the end of the vibe. You have to cycle through the speeds to turn the vibrations off. I found myself accidently hitting the buttons with play. My husband stated that the Hope was noisy. Hope only uses 1 AA battery and the battery compartment is accessible by screwing off the cap with the on/off button.

The hope washes easily with antibacterial soap and water, toy wipes, cleansing sprays. Clean up is easy the bumps and swirl are part of the glass so no ledges where they are attached.

Be careful with storage as Hope is glass, it comes in a preformed box that could act as storage. I have read in reviews that some store the glass in their socks. Right now mine is living under my pillow for easy access.

Love, love, love this toy. It wasn't very expensive, It has a cool look to it. I have owned toys over the years and this glass with the raised bumps and the swirl have opened a whole new world to me.
