Satisfyer Pro 2 vs Satisfyer Pro 3+

If you don't have any pressure-wave-type toys, this is an excellent introductory toy that is hard to miss. If you've gone through a dozen of these as I have, then it's about average. I really like the squishy, pillow-like nozzle; it makes achieving orgasm more comfortable for me since I tend to press down as I get closer.

First impression

Alright, ladies n' gentlemen - first impressions were great. Eden shipped this toy alongside another, and they both came in a cardboard box; the sender was Web Merchants Inc. Discreet as always. Upon opening that, I was faced with a nice wad of brown packing paper to keep the products from shifting. Needless to say, my Satisfyer Pro 3+ arrived unharmed.

Box Open

Inside the box, we've got the Satisfyer Pro 3+ in a plastic cutout, the USB charging cable, a quick start guide, safety instructions, and guarantee information. Rubik's cube is not included.
Box Contents

To my surprise, the Satisfyer Pro 3+ did NOT come with a charge. I actually freaked out a little, worrying it was dead on arrival. I plugged it in to charge for the night, and the next morning it was ready to go.

First Use

My first use (as with many other toys) is solo play in the shower that morn'. If you're any bit familiar with my other reviews, you're well aware of how hard it is for me to climax. I laid back, spread apart my labia, and plopped the Satisfyer Pro 3+ down after turning it on. A good 10 minutes of fiddling with the various settings. The vibration is quite buzzy but not unbearable like some cheaper toys out there. The patterns are... meh. Not a fan. Needless to say, that wasn't getting me anywhere, so I closed my thighs around it, holding it in place, and leaned my legs towards the side.

That allowed me to reach around and shallowly finger myself from behind. At first, it didn't make much of a difference. I was skeptical. I didn't really think it'd do anything. But as my mind began to wander towards that of my significant other, sliding his tongue up n' down, occasionally dipping into me, I recognized the telltale signs of an orgasm slowly but surely building up. A good fifteen minutes of that went on, my wrist sore from the angle at which I had been going at it, and it eventually happened. I didn't even need to use the Satisfyer Pro 3+'s top speed; somewhere in the middle was enough.

Further Experience

So what's the Satisfyer Pro 3+ like versus the Satisfyer Pro 2? Button controls are discussed in the vibration map section.

Let's go over the shape first. The Satisfyer Pro 2 has a better overall shape, even if it's made almost entirely of plastic. The Satisfyer Pro 2, unlike the Satisfyer Pro 3+, does not stick away from the body when in use. When I'm using the Satisfyer Pro 3+, I feel like as if I have a hard, silicone, pointy dick just protruding straight up from my clit. While that could be nice for pegging (if it were functional, and if I could feel through it), it's not exactly something that would come in handy if you want to embrace your s/o during missionary.

If you're not looking at the Satisfyer Pro 3+, the controls are a lot more difficult to distinguish. The positioning of the buttons is very close to each other. They are just barely raised, and their symbols are impossible to tell apart through touch. I have to look down every time I want to change settings. Maybe I'll get used to it one day, but for now, it's just frustrating. Also, the Satisfyer Pro 2's buttons have a satisfying click, which is easy to distinguish when you're using the toy on someone other than yourself. The Satisfyer Pro 3+'s buttons do not have a satisfying click, and it's a lil' harder to tell when you actually press down.

The Satisfyer Pro 3+ is a little tidbit weaker than the Satisfyer Pro 2. I'm only referring to the pressure-wave capabilities, as the Satisfyer Pro 2 does not have a vibration feature. However, the Satisfyer Pro 2+ does have a vibration feature. I do not own it; therefore, I cannot comment on it.

Lastly, the Satisfyer Pro 2 is made of mostly-ABS plastic with a removable silicone head for easier cleaning, whereas the Satisfyer Pro 3+ is made of mostly silicone (with a copper-accented ABS ring). The head seems to be glued to the toy itself. I do not see an issue with this. Both toys are waterproof, and it's a cakewalk to clean both with soap n' water.

Satifyer Pro 3+ Inside

The Satisfyer Pro 3+'s head is nice n' squishy. It's about 4.5cm deep, 1.5cm wide, and 2cm long (it has an oval shape). I like it a lot, and I hope that more companies will consider implementing something like this squishy-pillow concept into their products. I'm the type of person who loves pressing down harder as I get closer to cumming. This causes severe discomfort in toys like the We-Vibe Melt, which just two weeks ago actually drew blood. Not sure if it was because I was pressing so hard against myself or if something else happened. My clit was sore for a week. I do not seem to have permanent damage from that incident, though, but I'll have to be extra careful next time with the We-Vibe Melt. Not sure if there'll be the next time, honestly, because I don't want to bleed from my clit again.

Vibration Map

As mentioned in the previous section, the Satisfyer Pro 3+ is a little tidbit weaker than the Satisfyer Pro 2 in terms of pressure-wave strength. However, the Satisfyer Pro 3+'s pressure-waves feel as if they travel a little bit deeper into my body. And that's a good thing.

The Satisfyer Pro 3+'s vibrations are at best 'meh'. I mean, they'll get the job done for some, but I don't like how buzzy they are. They make the entire toy buzz, and within a minute, my hand's numb. Not a fan. When used together with the pressure-wave function, though, it begins to resemble LELO-style pressure-waves... but after a few minutes, my vulva gets numb, and I end up turning it off.

Below you'll find the vibration patterns as I understood them:
- Low (steady)
- Medium (steady)
- High (steady)
- Quick pulses
- 5 quick pulses, pause, repeat
- Escalating (pause between each escalation)
- Lower (steady)??
- 7 long pulses, 6 medium pulses, 20 short pulses
- 1 long pulse, 9 medium pulses (high speed), 1 medium pulse (VERY low speed, like a ripple)
- Escalating (no pauses)
  • Very mild, low level vibration
  • Moderate vibration
  • Strong and easily felt vibration

Orgasm Intensity

In a word, average. My first caught me a little off guard because of my ridiculous difficulty with achieving it in the first place. The Satisfyer Pro 3+ isn't "out of this world" or a "must-have" if you have other toys of this type. If, however, you don't own a pressure-wave type toy yet, then it's definitely something you should try out.

My strongest & most enjoyable orgasms come from LELO Sila, LELO Sona, and Womanizer DUO; however, they have a higher price tag.
