It seemed kind of small at first but then we gave it a try and it covered everything perfectly and worked very well.

We used it together for the first time. She wasn't that into it at first but was willing to

We used it for a couple minutes playing with the settings and then we started to fool around and then its use became apparent. The suction makes everything more sensitive so every breath and every touch becomes electric. She was all over the place and loved every minute of it. It is quite powerful and surprised the both of us at what it could do.

The different modes don't seem to make to much of a difference because they are all great and achieve the same results. I feel like the different modes just keeps it from being the same thing every time

It doesn't vibrate a whole lot. It pulses and sucks but there wasn't any really noticable vibration. The different modes offer different pulses at different rates but it doesn't vibrate as far as I've experienced.

The engorgio makes everything more sensitive so the orgasms came faster and with less effort. My wife was skeptical at first but she quite often uses it before her solo play sessions.
