My favorite thing about this toy is the idea behind it. The "C" shaped vibrator hugs your cheek with half of it resting on the inside of your teeth and the controls hugging the outside of your cheek. The toy stays in place without needing to hold it there and has different vibration rhythms and intensity controls that are easily accessible. I recommend its use for blowjobs only, unfortunately, it's not really designed for going down on her. Unfortunately, my wife could not use this toy on me, it was too large for her mouth causing her to gag with just the vibe in. Once I had come to my defeat that I wasn't going to be able to experience getting head with this vibe, I put it in my mouth turning on the vibrations and noted that it was not comfortable to be the one wearing it especially when the vibrations were turned on, it just made my whole mouth tickle.
