Touche Frigga Review

Although the Touche Frigga looks like it would be a good g-spot vibrator, I did not like it for this purpose. The vibrations were not strong enough and I couldn't feel them inside of me. I did, however, like to use this on my clitoris. It stimulates the clitoris better than the g-spot.

There are 10 different vibrations advertised for this product. The first three seem the same to me though. Maybe they are supposed to feel progressively stronger but they don't to me. The next seven are different patterns of vibrations. They pulsate in different ways that tease my clitoris and feels amazing. I like the pulsating beats because the sensation becomes stronger.

This vibrator can also be used in the shower and is splash-proof but not water proof. It is easy to operate using only one hand. There is a button on the end of the vibrator that you push once to change each speed pattern. In order to turn the vibrator off, just hold the button in.

Directions do come with the product and they come in 8 different languages including Dutch, Russian, Polish, Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish.

Touche Frigga is made of silicone. It is ergonomically designed to fit inside of you ; but I still prefer to use a lubricant with it. Do not use a silicone lubricant though because the product is made of silicone. This vibrator is made with a high-grade silicone that reaches your body temperature quicker and retains heat longer. The silicone is smooth and feels like skin. It is non-porous and hypoallergenic. It is also a good thing to know that the silicone that is used in this toy is tested in laboratories and is also used for medical purposes. The motor used in this product is an "ultra sonic motor" according to the manufacturer. This allows the vibrations to pulsate throughout the toy and not just in one spot. I liked this because I was able to feel the vibrations all over the toy, although my favorite spot was at the end where it curved.

This vibrator is anti-allergic and is phthalate-free according to the product instructions. Phthalates make hard plastics softer and more flexible but are not included in this product because the silicone used is already very flexible and transmits the vibrations smoothly. It comes with a 1-year warranty and it also comes with batteries! I loved the fact that it came with batteries because it uses AAA and I didn't have any. There is no odor or taste to the vibrator.

Touche Frigga is about 6 inches long and is curved at the end to massage the g-spot. I, however, did not like to use this vibrator on my g-spot because it was not strong enough. I only liked to use it on my clitoris. The toy is discrete and easy to hide if you have a good place to put it. I like to keep it in the box it came in but it is not discrete this way. I have to keep it in the back of a drawer that nobody goes into but me.

This vibrator also has three grooves on it around the shaft but I could not tell when I was using it. The only texture I could feel was the silicone material. It feels more life-like this way and it is my preference.

This toy is not noisy but if you live with others I recommend using it when you have some privacy. If you travel and wish to be discrete, I suggest putting it in a bag that you can't see through. This website provides bags that are good for that. If I were traveling I would not keep it in the case that it comes in due to its rather large size.

I do like the performance of the pulsating vibrations but I wish the solid vibrations that don't pulsate were a little stronger. The vibrations occur throughout the vibrator, not just in one spot. The controls are easy to use and can be used with just one hand. It is not very loud compared to other vibrators but always be careful to make sure nobody will be walking by your door, just in case. I always turn it off if someone walks by because I live with my parents.

This toy is not waterproof but it is splash-proof. It is okay for the toy to get wet but do not hold it under water because if water gets into the battery casing it will be ruined. I like to use the toy in the shower because I will always be wet and not need any lubricant. Plus, the sound of the water drowns out the sound of the vibrator so I have more privacy when using it.

My favorite thing about this toy is that the vibrations pulsate on some of the setting. It kind of teases me and makes me feel more sensitive down there. Sometimes I wish the vibrations were a little stronger but it's not too bad.

This toy is very easy to care for. I like to use warm water and soap to clean it because it is easiest and it gets the job done. If you decide to use a toy cleaner, make sure it is alcohol free and good for sensitive skin, since you are using it in your most intimate of areas.

Store it in a dry place in some kind of container to keep it clean. I keep mine in the plastic container that it came in because it is convenient and even kind of pretty.

If you plan on sharing the toy make sure that you clean it properly and cover it with a condom to prevent STDs. If you switch from anal to vaginal play make sure that you clean it VERY well. I never suggest doing this but to each his own.

The packaging of the Touche Frigga is beautiful. It comes in a black smooth box with silver accents and lettering. There is a window in the middle of the package that lets you see the product inside. There is also a magnetic flap on the back of the box where you can open it and see into a window that shows the treasure inside. The flap on the backside has a small description of the vibrator inside and tells you what kind of batteries to use.

When you open the black box up, there is another plastic container inside that holds the vibrator along with the AAA batteries that come with it. Unsnap the plastic box inside to take out the vibrator.

Do not use this toy if you are pregnant or on your menstrual cycle without contacting a doctor prior to using it. This information comes with the vibrator when you buy it and is included in the instructions. Read the instructions before you use this toy. It will show you all the precautions and functions about the toy.

The instructions that come with the toy also show you other toys that the company makes that you might want to try. I have not used any other toys by this company but I will consider doing so because I am interested in seeing what the other ones are like.

Water-based lubricants are the best lubricants to use with this toy. This toy, along with all Touche products, can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap. If you use a toy cleaner, make sure it has a NON ALCOHOLIC BASE. Make sure that any cleaner you use is safe for sensitive skin and mucous membranes.

Overall I am satisfied with this toy. I do wish the vibrations were stronger because I cannot feel them when I insert the vibrator inside of me. I am willing to try other toys from this manufacturer.
