The functions of the Climax Gem missile can be adjusted from the lowest vibe setting to the highest vibe, according to the user. One simply has to turn the knob located at the bottom of the vibe to the desired vibration speed and unleash their inner self-pleasing goddess.

The only issue I found with the functions and performance of this vibrator is that the highest vibe setting isn't quite high enough. To be honest, I didn't read any instructions besides which way to insert the batteries. The Climax Gem missile is so user-friendly that no instructions are needed! It came in an adorable plastic box that was completely transparent (which means that it's pretty hard to re-use the packaging).

The odor on the vibrator was a bit strong when first opened, but that went away almost immediately.
