Eunoia - remote control egg vibrator by EdenFantasys - review by CuriousFun

I've always liked the versatility of egg vibrators, so when I saw the Eunoia with its vibrating remote, I just had to give it a try.

The Eunoia arrived with some other purchases in Eden's usual nondescript brown shipping box. Not even the sender ("Web Merchants Inc.") will give any nosey neighbours or housemates any inkling of the nature of your delivery, so those with privacy concerns can rest easy. Upon opening Eden's discreet shipping box, I found the Eunoia packaged inside a plain white cardboard box. Inside the box, the Eunoia was contained inside a small resealable plastic bag along with its remote and a black USB charging cable. This packaging would be perfectly adequate (and discreet) for storage, as the box it comes in doesn't have any writing or pictures on it whatsoever. (Personally, I found the box a little too bulky for my toybox, so I saved the baggie and recycled the box).

I pulled out the Eunoia and its vibrating remote and examined them. This is a beautiful pair of vibrators. The egg and its remote are both covered in super soft and silky silicone in a beautiful sort of deep lavender colour, and both have pretty little accents of rose gold-coloured plastic. Both the silicone and the plastic are smooth, seamless, and free from any imperfections. The egg and the remote felt great in my hands, and my fingers slid over the material with very little drag. The egg is roughly the same size as a kegel egg, measuring just under 3 inches in length (not including the retrieval cord) and about 4 1/4 inches in circumference at the widest point. The retrieval cord is about 3 1/2 inches long and has a small bulb at the end, which should make the egg very easy to remove if you choose to insert it vaginally. The remote is oval-shaped and is about 3 1/2 inches long and 4 1/2 inches in circumference at the widest point.

I turned my attention to the controls and functions. The egg has a single button, which can be used to turn the toy on and off by holding it down for a few seconds, and pushing it more quickly cycles through the egg's vibration functions. You can use the egg without the remote if you so desire. The remote has two buttons. The one that looks sort of like a target controls the egg (hold it down for a few seconds to turn the egg vibrations on and off, then press quickly to cycle through the egg's functions), and the second button, that has two sort of curved lines, controls the vibrations of the remote itself (again, holding it down for a few seconds turns it on and off, while pressing it quickly cycles through its functions). In order to control the egg with the remote, you first have to turn the egg on using the power button on the egg itself. Once it's powered on, it can be controlled with the remote (you also have to hold the button on the egg itself to turn off the egg, pretty standard for toys with remotes). Both the egg and remote have 3 intensities of steady vibrations plus seven different patterns to choose from. The patterns are the same for each, but they can be controlled completely independently, so you can use one vibration mode on the egg while using a different vibration mode on the remote. I was impressed by both the strength and the quality of the vibrations in both. The vibrations felt quite strong, and while they weren't overly rumbly, they also weren't too buzzy.

All in all, I was quite impressed with the Eunoia so far, and I looked forward to taking it for a spin.

I charged up the Eunoia egg and remote (kinda wish it came with two charging cables so you could charge them both at the same time, but it's not that big a deal, it just takes a little longer) and then took them both off to the sink for a quick wash. As the Eunoia is waterproof and made from silicone, it can be easily cleaned using either a toy cleaner or mild soap and water. You can sterilize the silicone by washing it with either a 5-10% bleach solution or rubbing alcohol (because they both contain mechanical parts, you cannot boil them or put them through the dishwasher, as the heat would destroy the mechanics). It's worth mentioning that because both the remote and egg have plastic accents; if you plan to share the remote and/or egg with someone to whom you are not already fluid-bonded, it would probably be a good idea to slip them inside a condom since plastic is slightly porous and cannot be sterilized the way silicone can.

Once the egg and remote were charged and clean, I took them back to my bedroom and went through my usual ritual of spreading a towel out on my bed and finding a sexy story on my phone. I started out just using the egg on its lowest steady setting to stimulate my clit and other external areas while I read. It felt wonderful! The vibrations were great, and the silicone felt extremely good, rubbing around on my ladybits. The shape of the egg worked very well as an external stimulator. I could use the pointed tip of the egg to apply pinpoint stimulation to my clit, or I could turn it on its side to apply vibration to a larger area. Before long, I was getting very wet and aroused, so I decided to slip the egg portion into my vagina. It slid in easily and comfortably without any extra lube (although if you do want to use lube with this toy, stick to water-based and avoid silicone or oil-based lubes, as those can degrade the silicone material). The vibrations felt amazing internally! The egg seemed to slide into the perfect place to stimulate my G-spot pretty much instantly. I tried out controlling the egg with the remote and found it worked easily and well. I switched it to a quickly-pulsating setting, and then turned on the vibrations on the remote and began to use that to stimulate my clit and labia while the egg throbbed against my G-spot. It felt incredible! I alternated between using the tip of the remote to stimulate my clit, and then turning the remote on its side to stimulate the whole area around my clitoris. It felt so amazingly good, and before long, I had a very intense orgasm.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with the Eunoia. I absolutely loved being able to use the egg and the vibrating remote at the same time and was very much looking forward to experimenting more with this powerful, versatile pair of vibrators.

I've continued to absolutely love the Eunoia. The fact that it's essentially two separate vibrators means that the possibilities for different ways to use it are almost endless. It's definitely the most powerful egg vibe I own, so I've enjoyed using the egg portion of the Eunoia (inserted vaginally) with my air pulsation clit toys, just using the remote to control the vibration settings on the egg. I've also enjoyed using it in the shower. I'll typically insert the egg before getting into the shower, then I'll use the remote to stimulate my clit until I'm nice and turned on, then I'll turn on the vibrations on the egg for the big finish.

I feel like it would also make a great couple's toy, although I don't personally have a partner to use it with at the moment. You could insert the egg, then hand the remote to your partner and let them take control of the settings and external stimulation. Seems like that could be a lot of fun!

It could also be fun to use out in public, either alone or with a partner. It's relatively quiet (the egg is especially quiet when it's inserted), so you could insert the egg before heading out and keep the remote in a purse or pocket (either yours or your partner's).

As I said, the possibilities are virtually endless. I highly recommend this toy to just about anybody. It's incredibly versatile, and I feel like almost anyone could find multiple ways to enjoy it. I'm definitely having a blast experimenting with it!

I feel like the vibrations in the remote are ever-so-slightly stronger than the vibrations in the egg, so I'm marking the remote as a 3 and the egg as a 2. The vibrations on both are felt evenly throughout the body of both vibes. Some very mild vibration can be felt in the retrieval cord of the egg.

The orgasms I've had from using this set have been very intense! The vibrations are quite strong in both the egg and the remote, and using both together feels absolutely amazing.
