I got this in as a first toy for myself or my partner. She was VERY apprehensive to using it, but I talked her into letting me try it. The ring fit snug around the base of by shaft, and I believe it would have been extremely uncomfortable for me if I had pulled my scrotum through the ring as well. The ring is soft and a comfortable jelly-like material.

We still like the toy and have used it several times since first writing the review. The batteries will get weak and really kills the effectiveness of the toy rather quickly. This happened within three or four uses for us, but will change depending on how long you use it. No real problem as the batteries can be bought at the local Battery Joe or equivalent battery store for a reasonable price. I would buy this product again if my current model quit!
