This c-ring was the first we owned; We had no experience with any other product of the sort and just got this product to try to add something different to our sex. I had read about c-rings for quite a while and decided to try one out, but I didn't want anything that was too tight (it was our first one), and I also wanted it to vibrate (this is the main reason we got this toy, the longer lasting erection and the "better orgasms" I didn't really care about). Having said the preliminary information I must say that this toy is a relatively good starter c-ring: it doesn't squeeze too tightly, it vibrates well AND quietly, it stays on. I must emphasize that I only recommend this toy if it's your first and you want to try out something cheap before actually buying some of the more expensive ones. However, don't plan of keeping this toy for a long time because once the batteries run out, it's over. The bullet is sealed inside the toy, making it waterproof, but also making the batteries irreplaceable. Once again I state: I see this as a "step toy", one you try before actually taking the next step of buying a better one, that suits your preference.

Let's talk about the name and the advertisement in the front for a while: the "Ultra Erection Keeper" name is a name this thing does NOT deserve. The ring wasn't tight enough to actually make a big difference in the erection. As for the orgasm, I noticed no difference than without the ring. Also, it says that it has 7 functions(in the front of the package), this is just lies, I noticed 2 functions: Normal vibration (---------) and spaced (- - - - - -). Finally, the dangling balls in the bottom did absolutely nothing for us, in fact we cut off the dangling balls because they were just annoying.

The material of this toy is TPE, it's very rubbery and stretchy. Like I stated before in my review, I don't see this toy lasting for too long, although as with any toy, you can increase it's lifetime by keeping good care of it, clean it well. You can use boiling water to clean it too, and it's water proof so you don't have to worry about getting any part wet. Also for you water fanatics: yes, you can use it in the shower! The feel of the toy is very smooth and rubbery, and it does have a slight chemical smell when you put it close to your nose (nothing noticeable otherwise).

The vibrations of this toy are quite good, although it could be stronger for our taste. We do enjoy it's quietness a lot, it's barely heard! It's amazing for clitoral stimulation, the vibrations AND the little nubs it has on the top. For clitoral vibration stimulation this toy is great in conjunction to sex, it gives sex a completely different feeling. We found that it sometimes moves to the side, but that rarely occurs.

As for lubricants: TPE means water based and silicone may be used, but I really recommend you stick to water based, it's just much safer, easier to clean and none-sticky for the most part.

In my review I stated that I wasn't expecting this toy to last so long, since the battery is not replaceable. Well, it's still working 1 month from the day I received it. It still has nice vibrations and is holding up w/o tearing! I'll keep you updated on when the battery finally gives way :).
