The Innervibe Duet was the first cock ring we ever tried, and I was a bit nervous about how my husband would react. He likes when I use toys, and enjoys using them on me, but what would he think of this?

The ring comes in a sealed tear-open package, with information and instructions on the package. The package recommends storing in a cool, dry location, and to avoid exposure to direct sunlight or long storage over 100 F. It also mentions that storing in high humidity or heat can cause battery defects.

The package also states that the product is not a toy and to keep away from children. It’s a toy in a sense, but I wouldn’t want to see Barbie wearing this as a hat!

The ring is made of Opulux material, which is a type of TPE - non-toxic and phthalate-free. It’s also waterproof for fun in the bath or shower. The ring also has no scent, and feels soft and stretchy. It’s clear, with just a tint of blue color.

The Duet has 2 bullets, one on top and one on the bottom. The bullets are white, and have a push button on the top of each to turn them on or off individually. There’s no way to open them to change the battery, so when the battery goes, slim replacement bullets will be needed. The Opulux wraps around the bullets, with one side of each being nubbed. The ring’s unstretched diameter is about 1 1/8”, and it can stretch to about a 3” diameter.

The directions on the bag are simple:
1. Slide around the base of the penis with 1 barrel on top and textured surface outwards
2. Push the power button located on the sides of both barrels 1x to turn vibe on/off

The package states that the Duet can be used with or without a condom, and if using with a condom, this goes over the top. I was glad to see this didn’t go around the balls as well, as this would be my husband’s first experience with a cock ring, and I didn’t want to frighten him. For the same reason, I was glad to see directions on how to put this on! Since it goes over the top of a condom, we figured that he should probably be erect before putting this on as well.

My husband was a bit nervous, but game. He held it in his hand and examined it before turning it on. He jumped a little with the vibrations! The bullets are strong, but not overly so. The Duet was not very noisy either. After watching it vibrate in his hand for a bit, he agreed he was ready to give it a try.

I helped him to put it on – it was easy to stretch and get in place. I was worried the bullets would be too strong on his cock but he seemed to enjoy it and turned both of them on.
