This arrived in the mail in a discreet brown box. When I opened the box up, this was inside in another white box with pictures on it. When I opened that, this was in a nice storage pouch. It came with 4 cock rings, a universal suction base, and a real skin masturbator base. This penis pump takes 3 AAA batteries as well. There are 3 buttons on the top of this. The plus button is to go up on the suction, and the minus button will slow it down or stop it while it is still suctioned on. The middle button is the release valve. There are 3 suction settings, and they do get strong.

So I honestly got this penis pump to try out more so as a pussy pump. I had read a review before where a woman had said that the penis pump worked best for her, and I was intrigued. So, this is super easy to put together and figure out. I just put the top part together and tried to find the right spot to see if it would suction. After trying for a few minutes, I had finally gotten it! I didn't need any lubricant to get it to seal, and I didn't have to shave. It held on very tight my first try! I kept pressing the button to make it suction, and I could feel it pulling on me in a good way! I'd quickly hit the minus button to stop it so it wouldn't be so intense. After about 10 minutes, I finally hit the release button, and it came off very easily. I was with my partner when taking it off, and I didn't get to look at myself fully to see if I looked "swollen," but all I know is I felt way more sensitive! Everything felt so amazing. I have 2 legitimate pussy pumps that are controlled by the cord and pump system and this worked way better!

I'm very happy I tried this to get better results. The other two pumps I have work, but if you're looking to have nice results with a pump, you really can't go wrong with one! Another plus is that it is a penis pump. So you can use it either way! We did try this on him as well, but it was a bit intense. We were a little confused about the real skin masturbator as there was no hole for you to insert into. We weren't sure if it was supposed to be like that or what. The travel case is very nice as well and fits in there perfectly. It's a very plain black travel case which looks like you're maybe carrying your make-up in or a trimmer set, etc. This is hypoallergenic, latex, and phthalates-free. It's easy to pull apart and clean as well! I just use soap and warm water. I haven't had a need for the real skin base snd since there is no hole in it either; I'm not sure if you poke your own hole through it. But if you use it, you can clean that well with soap and water as well, and you can sprinkle some cornstarch on it to keep it feeling nice and soft.
