The Sweetie is a penis sleeve that can be used for penetration or for a sleeve on a vibrator/dildo. We have used this toy during sex and have found that the man has no sensation at all. My partner felt a small suction on the tip of his penis, but nothing else. He was of course very willing to continue the job to please me... but I expect a toy like this to provide to both parties. The best use for this sleeve is to use it as an addition to your vibrator/dildo for added stimulation. It is popping with texture so it can very pleasurable for beginners or advanced users. Clitoral massaging goes to a whole new level with this sleeve when used with other toys.

The Sweetie is composed of TPR. It is very flexible and can withstand a lot of miles. The sleeve can be stretched in any way and remains intact. The Sweetie has a mild smell that is rather pleasant. Personally it reminds me of a pina colada lubricant that I have. It isn't too strong, and can only be smelled if you sniff the toy. The sleeve is covered throughout with nubs. The texture of this sleeve has the ability to add a lot of extra stimulation that isn't otherwise available on smooth dildos. There is a seam throughout this toy in the middle, but is located below the nubs, and so you will not feel the seam.

I would have to say, without a doubt, that this toy would not fit most larger sized men. It has a diameter of 1.25", and can become rather tight when being used as a penis sleeve. The sleeve is also supposed to first a man in girth of 6.25, but the sleeve itself is 4.25" in length. The tip of the sleeve is curved upward, which provided great reach to the G-spot. But do be careful with thrusting. The tip is stiff to maintain its durability, and can become very uncomfortable with powerful thrusting. The Sweetie is very easy to put on as a penis sleeve. Do not use lube on the inside because it will cause slipping, and could get lost... and yes you will have to go searching for it! Roll the base upward, and then place at the tip of the penis, and then roll the sleeve in the same manner as a condom. It will slide on with ease if done this way. Apply a small amount of silicone or water-based lube on the tip after placed, and that should do the trick for easy penetration.

The sleeve features a ring with a bullet and the base for clitoral stimulation, and works fairly well. The vibrations are good, and the layout of the toy fits to all the right areas. It has only one setting for the vibration; controlled by a push button on the bullet. The bullet is on the quiet side and so it can be used just about anywhere. The bullet requires three watch batteries. We really like buying the products with this style of bullet because it can be interchanged with other toys; such as cock rings.

TPR is less porous than cyberskin but more porous than silicone. This toy really should not be shared because it cannot be disinfected. The toy can be cleaned with either a toy cleaner or mild soap and warm water. It is very porous so it does have to be scrubbed more than your average smooth texture materials, but still cleans rather easy. We always make sure that we dry it completely after cleaning so that water does not stand on the inside. Sleeves can easily become full of icky odors if not dried. Use water or silicone based lubes with this toy. We store the Sweetie in a cool dark place. And it is small and can be folded up and placed into a small area if needed.

The best use has to be for use on a vibrator/dildo. The toy has a lot of textures and can be very stimulation for the person using it. However, when being used as a penis sleeve, the Sweetie only provides stimulation for one party. My partner had no feeling through the toy, and so we didn't really enjoy using it in this manner. One really fun was to use this is to rub it on your clitoris. The texture from all the nubs, with the added vibration provides a thrilling addition to toy play.
