The Double Rock Ring is made of jelly material, almost perfectly transparent, and is very stretchy. The top of the ring has an insert where you can place the included vibrator behind some clit tinglers protruding from the top of the ring. The vibrator itself is very quiet and does put out a medium level vibration; it also comes with batteries. Putting the Ring into place is no problem because of how stretchy it is, which could be a problem with smaller gentlemen. The lower ring goes down behind your balls and does not provide much constriction; mostly it just makes your balls hang forward a tad. I used the cock ring with two different partners; they had similar reactions but enjoyed it in different ways.
