I couldn't decide whether to get a regular hand pumper or an automatic. I was glad I got the automatic. I was concerned it would vacuum a little too much and hard. Thank goodness it's easy to stop the pressure simply by pressing the button on the right. Pump yourself up to whatever you like or can take, then hit the button to hold it there. Or press to decrease some of the pressure/vacuum. The screen is digital and displays what I guess is the amount of pressure. All I know is if I hit the power button again, it sucks my penis tighter. I stick around the 1st position and sometimes the 2nd. If I'm not careful, it will also suck in my testicles. That's happened more than once.

The tube is clear, so you can see yourself grow. It also has measurements showing how many inches you are. Supposedly if one uses it on a regular basis, it will help get erections easier. And for some experience, some length and girth growth. I've used it for a while and can attest it does do both to an extent. I notice more stretched skin when flaccid than anything else.

The tube will fit up to 7 1/2' long and 2 3/8" thick. There's a sleeve where one inserts their penis. Then the motorized pump does its magic when the button is activated. It is waterproof, meaning it can get wet when washed. I wouldn't chance using it underwater in the tub.

It CAN suck you up if totally flaccid. I find it better to be partially erect, though. It's also better to be lubricated. Not only easier to get in, easier to get pass the tight sleeve. And it's easier to remove yourself from the sleeve when done since you will be much bigger when exiting.

I read men with partial ED can use a cock ring with pumps to get erections. By putting a C ring on the edge and pulling it on your erection. Then remove the pump slowly. I did try it and will say, "Ouchy, Ouchy!" I was so big and hard the black sleeve hurt me as I withdrew myself from the pumper.


Put a C ring on the edge, pull it onto the base of your erection, withdraw carefully to maintain the erection.

I've been using the pump to help with growth and erections. No longer a spring chicken, I thought I would try this. For me, it's not an easy process yet. Maybe with more practice. I think I'll stick to letting the wife fellate me into hardness.

I found a good way to avoid getting penis bent inside the tube. I put some lubricant in the chamber. Now I grow even bigger and slide up inside the tube. Without it, I would often get "stuck". Also, using an anal plug helps the erection. And makes it more pleasant.
