It comes with a bullet attached to the side of it, also another reason you'll want the light on for proper placement. As for lube, using a water based is best and make sure to use a fair amount for easy insertion of the penis into the sleeve. This toy is not for someone who doesn't want to take the time to use it. It's not a quick use toy, it takes time.

As for the upside of this toy, once you have it properly placed and ready to use, be prepared for a long night. This is a great toy for prolonging the fun with your partner.
