Out of the package the tongue is soft and pliable with tiny bumps along the top side with an easy battery installation. Getting this sucker on your unsuspecting playmate is, however, not an easy task. This toy almost seems more of a “gag” gift. Along the back side of the tongue are two stretchy silicone loops. Which are rather small. My partner is of average length and girth and with a fair amount of yelping and laughter he managed to squeeze it on.
