I was a bit shocked at my experience with this product. First, the quality is sturdy and constructed to have a smooth exterior with a ribbed interior sleeve. The removal of the sleeve is not recommended be wise of the difficulty of reinserting it into the cylinder. Second, the use was easy and self-explanatory, the use of this gel is recommended to provide a proper seal in order to continue with the pumping. Only time and my wife will tell if this was a good purchase. In my opinion, the extra sensitivity I gained from the added blood flow is a good enough reason to continue the use of this product.
