The Dolphin Erection Arouser is meant to be a toy that can be worn around the man's erection to help maintain erection while at the same time providing clitoral stimulation. Unfortunately, it is not very proficient in providing clitoral excitment! In fact, it was really only useful when held by hand and used to directly apply stimulation to the clitoris. When done this way, it works great for clitoral stimulation, but then ceases to serve the purpose of hands-free vibrations.
It is not a difficult toy to figure out how to use and could easily be used by anyone. But, for us, it was not very useful when used as intended.
It does not appear from the image on the packaging that this toy was meant to go around the testicles, but rather meant to go around the erection only.

The Dolphin Erection Arouser does not have a strong smell, is quite smooth to the touch and feels very gentle on the skin. The ring is quite stretchy and should accomodate most sized penises. The jelly material does seem to do a good job of carrying vibrations. Other than the opening where the vibrator is inserted, the jelly is smooth. The seem on the side is hardly noticable and is smooth to the touch.
As previously mentioned, the toy feels great as a clitoral stimulator. It just doesn't do a good job of hitting the clit when worn on the penis. But, this has nothing to do with the material or texture of the dolphin.

Size is where this toy is lacking. The dolphin shaped part of the toy is not quite large enough or long enough to consistently provide clitoral stimulation (It is about an inch and a half long). When worn on the penis, it is hard to make sure that constant clitoral stimulation will be achieved. It is quite easy to put on and take off. And were it to actually do a better job of hitting the clitoris, it would be a great little addition to the sex toy box.
It is super stretchy, and will accomodate both small and large penises. And it is comfortable to wear during sex.

The vibrations on this toy are controlled by a spin knob that can be adjusted from light vibrations all the way up to more intense vibrations. It is no Hitachi wand, but it manages to bring me to orgasm.

Considering that this is made of Jelly, you cannot fully sanitize it. So, it is not a good toy for sharing. Only clean it with warm water and toy cleaner. And only use water or silicone based lubricants (though, this will cause dolphin shape to shift during use).
