This is probably best used as a couples toy. You could use it on a dildo or vibrator if you choose. It is a bit difficult to put on and because of the hardness of the beads, I would not suggest this for beginners.

This toy is made of a soft and flexible TPR silicone material. There is an inner and outer layer to this toy and access to the hard plastic beads is available between those two layers. The plastic beads are smaller than a marble and fit snugly in little pockets (although I'm not sure how snugly they fit after removing and reinserting the beads multiple times).

On the outside of this toy, the beads can be felt as well as nubby little spikes.

The material is somewhat stretchy, but awkward. It takes a bit more strength to stretch this toy than other sleeves we have used.

This sleeve was difficult to get on. It stretches, but not quite as much as other sleeves we have used. It was quite awkward trying to get this on his penis. He lost his erection once and by the time we got everything on just right, the mood had been lost. We used a bit of Maximus lube which seemed to help - but be careful to not use too much.

My husband is of average size and girth and while this seemed to be a good length, it had a very snug fit for him. It may be too snug for men with more girth.

I was really excited when we ordered this toy. However, it has been stuck down in our toy box and does not get used. I am not positive that we will even keep it, but haven't gotten rid of it just yet. It is difficult and awkward and just did not work for us. I had a difficult time achieving orgasm because of the level of discomfort.

I would not consider us beginners, but this was definitely not for us. I would definitely not suggest this toy for beginners. Perhaps if the beads were smaller, it would be okay.
