I browsed online for a decent amount of time, trying to decide which enhancer to buy, and finally settled on the Triple Orgasm erection enhancer based on several reviews. I was wanting a toy that me and my wife could use in conjunction with sex, not separate of it. So when the enhancer came, I surprised my wife with it, and we decided to give it a try and, we were both pleased with the outcome.

The silicone is very stretchy, so size should be no issue here. It also holds tight, and we have never had a problem with it slipping in the least bit. It's also pretty comfortable, it doesn't feel like you're constricting any blood or cutting off circulation. It's also easy to clean, I just run hot water and a little soap over it, and it air dries fast. Just make sure you use a water based lube so you don't ruin the silicone if you are using a lube.

For us, the toy works great. As mentioned above, the toy is not so tight as to stop circulation so if you're looking for an actual enhancer to keep blood trapped, this might not be your toy. I wasn't really interested in that, however, but more along the line of wanting vibration and it delivers it well.

The two 'prongs' that stick out pick up the vibration from the bullets very well, and they deliver it right to the perfect spot. On the guys side, the vibration feels kind of interesting but nothing to write home about (then again, I don't think I'd be writing home about vibrators... ).

On the girls side however, it hits my wife's clit directly and gives enough vibration to send her over the edge. Also the prongs are long enough so i can continue a little bit of thrusting, while keeping contact, but mind you it's only a minimum amount of thrusting. Also, if you like anal stimulation, the bottom prong seems to hit directly on the anus, so your partner can get that stimulation as well.

The only downside we have found is that the bullets are kind of loud. They make a plastic vibrating sound, which we assume is from the dial, and it's almost loud enough to be a little distracting; but not quite.

As a side note - this can be used in a variety of positions, not just missionary. For example, if your partner wants more anal stimulation, use it in doggy style. If she wants more control of the vibration, use it in cowgirl.

We still like using this enhancer on a semi-regular basis. It's one of my wife's favorite toys since it's made for couples play and it leave my hands free. I got to hand it to the thing to, batteries still haven't died yet lol. I would still recommend it to any couple wanting a vibrating ring, especially if you also want anal stimulation with the clit stimulation.
