The main part of the toy fits comfortably in your hand, you'll need that to keep the item steady and prevent suction from breaking. It comes with a black cap to cover the soft pussy interior, which can be removed easily enough for cleaning. Between suction cup and this main part is a little knob you can twist. This feature is to loosen the connector between the red portion and suction cup, so you can adjust the angle as necessary.

If the suction cup had worked better, my experience would have been a lot more positive. As it was, the toy itself can be used in one hand like any other masturbator, if you so desire. I found it adequate stimulation for prolonging an orgasm and building yourself up as a tease.

When you go to clean the toy, be sure to remove the interior portion. Just don't jerk it as there is a wire connected to the bullet in this part.
