The Screaming O Man is a vibrating pleasure ring designed with guys in mind. I would say that typical vibrating penis rings, tend to try to enhance the experience for both males females. My wife and I have owned about as many different kinds of vibrating rings imaginable, and I can honestly say, that The Screaming O Man was definitely designed for men. With that being said, it may entice a few guys out there, but for me, I have experienced much better and really didn’t get a lot out of this product. I will discuss the details in the next few sections, but basically this is a vibrating penis ring that is supposed enhance the males pleasure buy not only acting like a cock ring, but delivering sensations in the form of vibrations to the shaft of the penis and both testicles.

The Screaming O Man is made up of a TPR silicone material, which is hypo-allergenic, latex free, and phthalates free. It also has nubs on both sides that are supposed to add to the experience, but really do nothing and left me questioning why they were even there. As for the actual vibrator, it is mainly constructed of a hard plastic shell with a rubber silicone push button on the side.

The overall shape and design is pretty typical of a standard vibrating ring with just a few small variations. The vibe portion is normally located at the top of the ring; that way it not only stimulates the penis, but also delivers intense pleasure to the clitoral region. With this design, the vibe is actually located under the penis ring and rests beneath the shaft of the penis and on top of the scrotum. What makes this item more unique is that under the vibe, there is another opening that is a lot tighter than the penis ring, designed to wrap snuggly around your balls.

The entire toy, including the removable waterproof vibe, is black in color. The silicone is very stretchy to accommodate most sizes. With that being said, it seems to hold its shape and has not really gotten to loose or stretch out over time. Its max stretched diameter is about 3 inches and un-stretched is ¾ of an inch. The pleasure ring is disposable, but the vibe can come out of the silicone so you could reuse this product by simply exchanging the batteries.

When it comes to fit, I was pretty pleased with the overall strength of the toy. It was very comfortable to wear by not being too tight, but having the perfect stretch to be very affective. And like I mentioned, it does not seem to stretch out over time.

Since this is a vibrating penis ring designed for men, it does contain a small waterproof vibe. The vibe is very easy to control by only having one button located on the side of the vibe. Basically, push the button once to turn on, and then again to turn off. It is not a multispeed vibe, so you are unable to control the amount of vibrations given off. The vibes runs off of 2 watch style batteries, which are included. They can be replaced by removing the vibrator from the silicone ring. From personal experience, the batteries tend to only last around an hour before needing replaced.

Like I mentioned earlier, this penis ring was designed with the guy in mind. The placement of the vibe, only stimulates the under shaft and testicles. I personally felt that the vibrator is pretty weak compared to other vibrating rings that I have used. Yes it does stimulate my testicles and add to the experience, but not enough to make this a go to ring or my vibrating ring of choice. One thing to note, even though it does not really provide high intensity vibrations, the vibrations produced are very quiet so if sound may be an issue, this vibe would not let the “cat out of the bag,” so to speak. I do like the fact that is also has an opening to wrap around my balls. I tend to like the added “tug” that this ring provides. But for me, I am not looking for a product to only enhance my sexual experience. I want something my wife and I can both enjoy. With the placement of the vibe underneath the penis, there is virtually no way to stimulate the clit and the vibrations are not really intense enough to pass through the penis for the woman to experience. Because of this, The Screaming O Man is a big disappointment. After a while, the vibrations no longer stimulated my balls, and I got a numbing sensation that is not exactly what you want during sex.

Overall, this might be a nice option for travel or overnight stays because it is waterproof and disposable, but not the type of vibrating couples ring that you would want to frequently use. Mainly because there is nothing “couple” about it due to the location of the vibe.

This vibrating penis ring is very easy to care for and maintain. Just use a little mild soap and warm water or toy cleaner to clean the ring. I normally, just lay mine out to dry because the material tends to collect lent. Once dry, store in a dry, cool place until next use.

The packaging is very minimal and cannot be reused to store the product. The packaging was designed to hang on a store shelf and discard after opening.

Be aware that this product is silicone. So when using lubes, DO NOT use silicone based lubes because they will actually harm the integrity if the ring and begin to break down the material.
