The bliss ring is made of silicone which is very safe. It has a faint smell, which is common for silicone products. The texture is smooth, with a few small ridges to help stimulate the clit. I found the material to be a little more stiff than I expected. I could fit my shaft into the ring easily but I have yet to manage getting both penis and testicles in it.

I really like the design of the bliss ring. It seems elegant whereas many cock rings seem silly or frilly. The ridges and the bunny ears really seem to please my wife, who loves this toy.
