So, to be honest; I liked the vibrator more than I liked the extension piece itself, even if it was a little small. Due to its size, you wouldn't be able to use it for anal play by itself so it would need to be attached to a strap on or an extension piece. The vibrator is a little tricky to fit into the extension and once it's in there, it was not only hard to keep the vibrator running; but it was also a little awkward to turn on. As for the extension piece itself, it was a bit hard to put on without a lot of lube or a condom. My fiance said it was a little painful to remove after we were done with our play. There is a clit simulator on the extension piece in the shape of a bunny where the vibrator sits; which when it's turned on has a powerful vibe right at the tip of the ears; and there is an anal simulator which is a plan small tube that has, what felt like to me, a less powerful vibe at the tip.

But mine was only a straight vibration. There was no way to change the pattern or intensity of the vibrations. The only way I was able to make it "pulse" was if I pressed the on/off button quickly, which isn't optimal while in the midst of things. I did test it out while in the bath though as well, and it is more water resistant than waterproof. Works quite well in there as the water intensifies the vibrations but don't submerge the vibrator in the bath as the batteries will get wet. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the whole package but I really did like the vibrator.

As for cleaning, you can use just straight soap and water or a toy cleaner like I did. Please clean thoroughly and/or wear a condom with it if you're planning on sharing this extension toy with others. I'd recommend this extension toy to others JUST for the vibrator feature alone.
