We've all seen penis pumps advertised and, be honest, you've wondered exactly what results you could expect, either personally or from your significant other. Do they really work? If so, how much? Do the results last? Is it comfortable, painful, etc?

Historically, penis pumps have been more of a medical device and have been a remarkable aid for those who cannot get an erection with other means. But....can they also enhance your current love-life if you don't suffer from this problem?

With this review I hope to answer all of those questions and more, and will add some insight from my husband who willingly participated in this "research project"! I will start of by saying that although the website has "Moaning Voiceover" listed as a feature this does not appear to be true. For that, I am thankful. I'm sure to some this may be a turn-on, but listening to an artificial moaning voice while playing with this did not sound appealing to me!

First, let's talk about the packaging, unboxing, etc. The pump came in a nice box measuring 9"x11"x4" with foam cut-out inserts for safe shipping and convenient storage. This was shipped inside a slightly larger brown box with generic labeling. Inside there are three components. The first is the top portion which is the controller, pump, battery, etc. The magnetic charging port is located on the back of this and, on the front, there is a dial and two buttons. We'll talk about all of those later.... The large tunnel which screws onto the base of the controller is 12" long and 3 1/2" wide. Finally, the rubber seal which stretches over the bottom of the tunnel has a 3/4" stretchy hole.

The tunnel itself has measurements marked on the side, but we found them difficult to read, especially in low lighting, given the smoky gray coloring. Therefore, for our "research" we used a measuring tape.

Looking at size comparisons, this is the assembled pump with a jelly dildo measuring 4" in girth and 6" in length.

Going backwards, the unassembled pump includes the tunnel with rubber seal which easily stretches around the base. Being removable, everything is easy to clean and store. Also, you can see the measurements here.


The controller portion appears to be very well made with a rotating dial that controls suction pressure, and two buttons.


At this point I am going to explain our one and only dislike for this device...the patterns. There are two buttons, the top being the power and the bottom being the release. Obviously the release button is important to know - it quickly releases the pumping pressure and allows you to remove your shaft from the tunnel. The top button serves as a power button (hold it in) but also cycles through various patterns. While the suctioning is happening, you can turn the dial to control just how much pressure is delivered. The patterns are what we frankly found to be frustrating. We just wanted a steady pressure that could be controlled with the dial to see how everything worked. Unfortunately, we found it difficult to cycle through and stop on the right pattern. All of the other patterns seem to be stop and go, with various releases throughout. Once again, this might be fun to play with...but we were doing serious research!

I'll discuss our research in the "Experience" section below, but here I will share our impressions of the results. First, I honestly could not tell if I was only imagining a difference during intercourse. Maybe it felt bigger, or maybe I was just expecting it.... According to the web, the average erect penis size in the US is 5.1 to 5.5". My husband is well above that, so maybe a difference in 1/2" or 3/4" doesn't matter as much. Maybe it would feel different if it went from 5.5 to 6.0. Not sure...I can definitely feel the difference in the jelly dildo in the above pictures (4" around, 6" long) and him, so maybe it takes a bit more to notice.

Second, his insights and opinions. He had absolutely no discomfort, even at the highest setting, and even when left on for a few minutes after being fully erect. There was no bruising or tenderness afterwards, and the tunnel itself was plenty big enough to avoid hitting the sides. After pumping he said everything was more sensitive, but in a good way....a very good way! He mentioned getting the rubber sleeve off after pumping was a little uncomfortable, but easily manageable with a bit of lube beforehand.

Alright...onto the results:

First we wanted to see how well this would work at enhancing an already erect penis. It didn't take much to convince my husband to play along! With a little stimulation he was soon at what I would consider his "baseline" to be. I took some measurements of length and girth, then applied a little bit of water-based lube and slipped his penis into the assembled pump. The rubber seal only has a 3/4" hole, but this stretches easily and because it extends into the tunnel some, it forms a firm seal without actually constricting. We turned the pump on and cycled through the patterns...repeatedly...until we found the steady one. Rotating the dial increased the suction and sure enough, I noticed some increase in length. I turned the pump off, hit the release button, slipped the device off, and remeasured. Surprisingly the girth actually decreased by 1/2" but the length increased by 3/4".

Next, we wanted to see how this would work without an erection to start with. This took some patience but a day or two later I caught him reading a book, not thinking about sex...i.e flaccid. I grabbed the pump, told him to flip over, and tried to further my research. He was already starting to get aroused, which is probably good because I don't see how you could get a completely flaccid penis through the rubber seal. Anyway, we powered on, cycled through the patterns, and turned the pressure up. Voila! From flaccid to erect using the pump he was the same circumference as baseline and 1/2" longer.

Over the next day or so, I began wondering how much of the results of the pumping we were losing simply with the process of releasing the pressure and removing the pump. For our final test we used a cock lasso (we like these better than traditional rings because they're easier to put on, take, off, adjust, etc.) and then the pump. Results....slightly larger circumference from baseline, but a full 3/4" longer.

For the final bit of my research I wanted to know whether or not the results were sustained. I have to report that his baseline, although certainly large enough to start with, did not change with the past few days of fairly regular pumping. Maybe if we left the pump on longer or continued to use it...but so far no change from baseline.

So, the results! If you want a longer but slightly skinnier penis, pump when already erect. If you want a girthier, longer penis you will need to use a ring or lasso while pumping. Also, this definitely works on a non-erect penis, meaning it would probably work very well for someone with ED, especially with a ring. Although we have not (yet) found the results to be sustained, we'll keep trying....this is fun to play with!
