This toy was an adventure for me and my partner. We started by going over the packaging together and learning that it is designed to provide stimulation for the penetrated partners clit and the penetrating partner testicles, but before we even got it on we didn't really see anything that would stimulate testicles. “Oh well,” we figured, and moved on.

I need to take a time out for a minute and just note that initially I was super excited about reviewing this toy. The Vibrating Pleasure Sleeve was provided to me free of charge by EdenFantasys in exchange for an unbiased review. This review is in compliance with the FTC guidelines. For some context, my partner is a pre-op trans woman and sometimes she's uncomfortable with her penis. We figured the Vibrating Pleasure Sleeve could help create some mental distance between her and her bits. Our hope was to make it a little easier for her to get into playing a penetrative role during sex.

We opened the plastic packaging and were pleased to note that there wasn't the icky jelly smell, but it did have the inevitable sticky feeling. It ended up being so sticky that we couldn't get it onto my partner’s bits without a substantial amount of lube, which in retrospect was maybe not the greatest decision for a toy that is supposed to stay put. It is really stretchy material but because it has a closed end, you can't really stretch it open and slide it on because you end up with a sizable bubble in the end. Without lube if it touched anything on the way down, it just stuck, and you've got to try again.... lube seemed to be the only way in!

Well. Distance it did create, but it wasn't quite the distance we were going for.

Once my partner had it on, we knew for sure that there was no testicle stimulation happening. She did say that the color was nice, and it seemed to accomplish getting her mentally where we were aiming for. She also noted that the vibrations from the bullet (which was a powerful little bugger that came with its own batteries) could be felt throughout her penis, which was a pretty unique feeling.

So, we got to it. And it was tough going. It was a bit bigger than she is on her own, which was kind of exciting, and some of the “ticklers” did create some interesting sensations, but it just wasn't the pleasure sleeve it was cracked up to be. The main problem that we had was that it kept sliding off. She wasn't getting enough stimulation from the vibrations or through the sleeve to keep her parts hard, and despite my being all lubed up, the sleeve tended to slide up her, rather than in and out of me. Maybe it was all the lube we used to get it on in the first place, maybe it's so sticky so it stays in place. Maybe it just doesn't work all that well. Whatever the reason, this sleeve just wouldn't stay put. I think it's mostly because it squeezes itself right off at the first sign of a relaxed (not soft, just a little relaxed) penis.

Then, the unthinkable happened. After only about 15 minutes of play, the batteries in the vibrator died. Catastrophe! Luckily, we had another bullet vibe at our disposal (the vibrations were a helpful part of the fun with this) and we replaced it. But seriously, 15 minutes of batteries?

Overall this toy has not been what we thought it would be. It slipped off of my partner a few times, and was just a big hassle. We do plan to try again with less or no lube on the inside (if we can figure out how), but it was such a headache the first time that we are kind of putting it off. We are also curious about the toy's ability to serve as a masturbation sleeve while maintaining the desired head space.

Maybe, if you can keep a rock hard erection with minimal touching or stimulation and a lot of pressure on your cock this would work better for you, but a combination of getting just a little soft and the necessary lube to get it on seemed to make it not really usable. I think if it had an open end so that the head of one's parts could be poking out it would stay on better, and provide the penis-wielding partner with a bit of good feeling to keep their parts excited, although, then it potentially loses the dissociative appeal for trans women.

The material this sleeve is made out of continues to be disappointing. In addition to sticking to itself, it sticks to other toys and I had to throw it out. Fun for a few romps, then go ahead and toss it before it has a chance to make a mess.
