Use

I highly recommend using this to anyone and everyone. It doesn't matter if you're new or experienced with vibrating cock rings, this one is a must-have. The twin top and bottom vibrators have excellent vibration strength to drive the woman nuts with the buzzing on her clit and perineum (taint) at the same time. It also adds a nice buzz to the man's testicles and, at least for me, the buzz worked to prolong orgasm.
It's supposed to be waterproof but we haven't tested that yet, except while cleaning.

Material / Texture

The ring is made from a nicely stretchy purple silicone. Being made of silicone, it's nonporous so it should be easy to keep clean and disinfected. I'm a stickler for scrubbing with mild soap and water then using a cleaning spray because I worry about making sure to get all the little fingers and the area between them really clean.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The silicone has a nice stretch to it so it fits snugly, but not so tight that it's uncomfortable. The stretch to the material also makes it really easy to get the vibrating bullets in and out without having to worry that they will fall out when things get hot and heavy.
I'm not positive about hair pulling, since I make sure to keep fairly clean shaven, but I can see the chance for it.

Care and Maintenance

It's very easy to care for. I just pull out the vibrating bullets then wash the ring in warm, soapy water and finish with a cleaner spray or wipe for the ring plus the bullets.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 1 month after original review

This double vibrating cock ring is still a frequent go to toy for my wife and I. I'm going to be ordering another one this weekend since our current one is starting to wear out after a year of heavy use.
